we are doing home dialisis and it has you wash your hands very often, you need to keep them sanitized, so you can't even touch the faucet knobs when finished washing,this faucet is a real wonder, it took a lot of worry away from us as we were learning the process of taking care of my lovely wife.

I like this product but it has a few caveats. I purchased it open box expecting some issue, and I wasn't wrong. The first thing I noticed was that the hot/cold mix device had a leak. I made sure it wasn't from the water line connections; instead it seemed to be coming from the valve itself. My water temp is 120f at the hottest so I ended up simply removing that piece and the cold line, and connecting the faucet directly to the hot line. No more leaks although if you run it long enough it gets kind of toasty. I guess that's the risk of buying open box.It is usually very responsive, though it sometimes wants to turn off even when your hands are still under the faucet. It has a narrow range of detection, so if your hands are too low or too far back or even too close to the sensor it's less likely to trigger the water flow. As long as you keep your hands in the sweet spot right under the spout it works well enough.The last thing I noticed about the faucet is that the valve turning on/off abruptly causes a hammering sound coming from the pipes audible throughout the house. Could just be my old plumbing. I even tried to turn down the valve at the wall but the sound is still there and quite audible. Safe to say everyone knows if I go wash my hands in the middle of the night.Haven't gone through the first set of batteries yet which is good as it's only been about two months, but other than that I can't comment on battery life/consumption yet.

I had planned to use this for my guest bathroom however after installing we noticed the sensor is too high so the water would splash all over the countertop instead of in the bowl. There is no way to adjust the sensor detection zone or timing of the on/off settings. Would have liked it if there was a setting to keep the water on for a couple of seconds after detection but it turns off immediately without motion. The water pressure as well it too high no way of adjusting it.

The package arrived on time.It was easy to install by myself, The double sensors are great, It gives a greater range of motion when washing your hands then a single sensor. It has a hot/cold mixer included in the kit and the hoses that you will need to fully install the faucet.

I purchase two of these and one the water never stopped flowing out of the faucet the other no water would flowed out of the faucet, Even though I had installed 10 other touchless faucets without and issues. They also never responded to my email. Now I have two that are useless.

Update: I was provided an email address but the company never responded. Do not purchase this faucet. You will have no recourse should it break.This faucet is only 7 months old and has stopped working. The sensor or solenoid is bad. Cannot get any customer support. Would not recommend.

Hired a plumber to install. The solenoid valve is dead and does not work. Faucet runs constantly as the solenoid will not energize. Instructions were written using worse English than a kindergartener. Now I’m out the cost of the plumber plus the cost of the faucet. Appears to be cheap overseas goods, buyers beware.
