Mat does an acceptable job for yoga and calisthenics. Sincerely wish it was thicker as it does not provide adequate cushioning for yoga, specifically for your knees. It is easy to clean and lays flat, doesn't wrinkle at all. Design looks very nice as well. It is made well, just make sure this thickness level for the mat is what you want.

Been using for years now and it has held up well. I expected the print to wear off after a bit but it’s still holding strong. I love the design! I also leave mine in the car in all kinds of weather and it’s never become damaged from heat.

I used to have a thicker yoga mat, but it would slip whenever I moved around during practice. I bought this mat as a replacement, and so far it seems solid and performs as expected. The mat is soft and thick and I don’t slip and slide while stretching. The colors are vibrant. Would definitely recommend. Pretty long as well.
