Owner, Heidi DeBrincat has been certified and teaching Pilates since 1999 and teaching dance for more than 25 years. We are now offering instruction in the GYROTONIC® Method. We also have excellent Yoga classes as well as Pilates Mat, Pilates Bootcamp and Ballet Barre. Our beautiful studio uses new Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers with Towers allowing for group Reformer and Tower classes. Only 4 people per class.
