Awesome paper!
I purchased this paper mainly for my origami. I was kind of skeptical at first seeing that there were hardly any reviews on it and I couldn't tell how thick or thin the paper was, but I decided to take the plunge and see for myself. I received the package earlier than the expected delivery and I was definitely not disappointed. It was packaged very well so there were no damages to the paper at all. I also ordered the silver one of the same brand and that was not damaged either. The title says foil paper, but when you feel it, it doesn't have the foil feel to it like foil origami paper has. This one is really bendable without making a lot of crinkles like the regular origami foil paper can make just by making the slightest bend. It really has that nice shine to it and is easy to cut. I make origami stars so when I felt that it seemed somewhat flimsy, I was a little scared. But cutting the paper to regular size A4 paper, it came out great! I can make the stars puff out easier than regular paper and it's very durable! Not only can you use this for origami, but for crafts as well. It also works well with glue too through my experience with this paper. The possibilities are endless with this paper and I'm very glad that I purchased it. Although it seemed pricey to me, it was well worth it. Both craft people and origami makers will love this paper. When I run out, I know what I'm going to buy.

Great for Valentine's Day or Christmas presents. Looks great on wrapped presents.
I picked this up for Valentine's Day presents for the family. The paper is nice and strong, easy to cut & fold, and tape adheres to it nicely. This paper is pure white on the underside, so there's no dotted gridlines to help keep your cuts straight. You just gotta do it by eye, but nowadays that's almost the standard. The finished product looks great. Deep red, and highly reflective. This paper would also make excellent paper for Christmas presents. There was plenty of paper to go around. Good paper, I'd recommend it!

Quality Paper, Generous Roll
Good heavy quality paper. You need to be good at wrapping, though, as it creases easily and is unforgiving of retries. It also scuffs, so no scooting the box around. It makes a classy looking gift, but needs to be handled carefully. It's substantial enough to be used for artistic backgrounds or on the spaces between shelves, etc. It's a generous size roll, also, so you can wrap at least a couple of larger gifts.

Cheap, thin, not enough wrap
Thin, smallest amount of paper. Could only wrap 2 small boxes, to re easy. Cheap and waaaaay expensive, unsatisfied customer.

Not foil
I bought this thinking it would be more like tin foil but was disappointed that it was more like wrapping paper. Not the same effect but pretty sturdy

Not mirror like
I got it in the hopes that it would actually reflect an image. It's not THAT reflective, but it is what it says it is. If you want to get it to use the paper as a sort of mirror, not gonna do it for you. If you want pretty, good quality wrapping paper, it's definitely that.

So much better than cake board white or silver aluminum foil.
My daughter recently baked two cupcake cakes for two 50 something year olds. We felt that the traditional cake board white or aluminum foil covering wasn’t special enough for the occasion. We decided to try this gold foil. It was a perfect fit. We simply wrapped it like a gift with tape to the back of the boards. No big deal to do but very happy clients. I’ll be looking for other colors as well.

Not for Gold Foil Projects
This is basically gold wrapping paper. Due to the product description, as well as the other items it was grouped with, this appeared to be more of a "gold foil" crafting accessory. I'm not sure how it would fare if used for "dye cutting" or "embossing." If you're looking for foil wrapping paper, this is decent, although I personally find the super yellow gold tone to be a little gaudy for this purpose. Furthermore, I wouldn't pay $9.99 for a roll of wrapping paper that's only 26 inches wide x 6 feet long. It's an awkward size for wrap. I'm debating if I'll keep it.
