Works!
These keys and JSCAN saved me over $300! My friend broke off my only original key in my ignition. The dealership wanted $380 to cut and program new keys. I had the dealership cut me a new door key without a chip in it and they gave me my pin for free, cost me five bucks. I ordered these keys, ace hardware cut them for free using my door key as a template, but they told me they wouldn’t work and I needed to go to the dealership to program. Using JSCAN I put the door key in the ignition and the broken key with the chip in it next to it and programmed the new key in a couple minutes, works perfect! Thank you for making this product available! Picture is of my broken key. The whole ordeal cost me $40.

Highly Rated
Great quality, good price… The only step that was difficult was the self programming as the vehicle owners manual steps did not work. Once the correct programming method was figured out it just took seconds. Will buy again.

Worked perfectly for a 2007 Jeep Wrangler 3.8l JK
These keys worked like a CHARM in my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. I had a local Home Improvement store cut the new key to match the old key, and then used a 'Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) OBD2 Scanner' from Amazon along with the 'OBD JScan' iOS App to get my four digit vehicle PIN and Program the new key. There are a few youtube videos that show you how to do it with JScan and it's really straightforward. Saved me about $300 from having the dealership do it.

Exactly Right Key for Jeep - Important TIPS to Program Key - Waterproof
Car keys used to be so simple. You put the key in the lock, twist, it opens. End of story. But not anymore. These uncut key blanks can unlock the car, twist the ignition, start the car. But they can not de-activate the alarm when they open it. Not their fault, that's just how Jeep designed the alarm system. But it can open the door, and the alarm will deactivate when you twist this key in your ignition. If you are quick, only 1 or 2 honks will get out. This key is a the perfect extra key for outdoors people, and as a hide a key. It is not sensitive to water or grit, won't break when dropped on rocks. You can keep your fancy delicate key fob locked in the car and bring this one with you on that fishing canoe trip.OK - this key is just part of what you will need. After buying this RF ID key you need to get it cut so it can turn to open the mechanical lock. Then you need to get it programmed to match your car - so it can start the car. There are several ways. It's also good to know how many RFID keys your car's security brain can handle. I know that 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee could only handle 2. Pretty much every thing newer than that can handle up to 8 RFID keys.if you have 2 good working keys, many cars have a procedure you can follow to program additional keys. Check your owners manual. IF you only have 1 good key or none, you'll need some equipment. The car dealer or a locksmith will probably have that $3000 scan tool. They will want $70 at the very least to cut & program a key. Probably closer to $400 for 2 keys. Expensive. Whatever you do, be sure to have ALL your keys for this car, and the car when you get the keys programmed. You might need them all there, or maybe the ones not there will not work anymore.OR for Jeeps, Chryslers, & Dodges, you can get the JScan app ($20 in app purchase per vehicle) & a $30 iCar bluetooth thing that plugs into your ODB port. Check the JScan dot net website for full details & recommended hardware. It's great. (also youtube of course) In addition to programming keys for your Jeep, this setup also gives you the ability to adjust a lot of vehicle preferences, including tire size, dome light timer, honk or be quiet, unlock all doors or just 1, Tire pressure warnings, Engine trouble codes, DTC, etc. You might just like that! I do.Anyway, this is sort of a long review, but I wanted to let this secret out. Hope you find it helpful! :-)

One key worked great taking the Sentry programming. 2nd key would not - vendor sent a replacement.
One key worked GREAT and took the Sentry programming. 2nd key would not program - had a bad chip, which occasionally happens as other Amazon reviewers have mentioned. This was on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. The programming sequence isn't that difficult - you need the two original transmitter key fobs you got with the new vehicle. You can program up to 8 new Sentry keys without dealer assistance. There after you have to go to the dealer. We called vendor Keyless2Go customer/technical service at (516) 962-1755 (www.internationalkeysupply.com) and they immediately shipped out a replacement key, and e-mailed tracking info to our Amazon account. Will update this review to 5 stars after we get the replacement key programmed successfully.Note: You can still use the bad key as an "emergency entry key" but the engine won't keep running more than a few seconds without a successful chip program.Programming sequence for Jeeps...If you have two valid Sentry Keys, you can program new Sentry Keys to the system by performing thefollowing procedure:During this procedure, be sure that all extra keys are kept at arms length from the steering column. Theback seat is a good place to row up the keys. Don't lose track of which key is which. Also, at no time during this sequence do you actually start the engine.1. Have the additional Sentry Key blank(s) cut to match the ignition switch lock cylinder.2. Insert the first valid fob key into the ignition switch. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position for at least three seconds, but no longer than 15 seconds. Then remove the first fob key.3. Within 15 seconds, insert the second valid fob key into the ignition switch. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. After 10 seconds, a chime MAY or MAY NOT sound. In addition, the Vehicle Security Light will begin to flash and will probably continue flashing as long as you leave the second fob key in the ignition.Either way, after 15 seconds or so, remove the second fob key.4. Within 60 seconds, insert a blank Sentry Key into the ignition switch. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. The Vehicle Security Light will PROBABLY start flashing. After 10 seconds, a single chime MAY or MAY NOT sound. In addition, the Vehicle Security Light will PROBABLY NOT stop flashing but will continue as long as you leave the new key in the ignition. To indicate that programming is complete, if the Vehicle Security Light DID stop flashing, it is supposed to turn on again for three seconds and then turn off. This probably won't happen, but the new key has most likely been programmed anyway.Go for a drive to see if it works. The new Sentry Key is programmed. The RemoteKeyless Entry (RKE) transmitter will also be programmedduring this procedure.

2005 ram Laramie
Will not program to a 05 ram Laramie. Have both keys, tried the customer programming no go. Took to a lock smith who tried but failed. Key seems sturdy and well made, cut fine, fit fine. Only gripe is it wont program which makes it useless. Now out 30$ for the cut x2 and failed programming x2.
