You will get the one with our logo... This is to protect the quality of the product.

Yes it comes as pre-tuned, as per notes embossed on keys which is standard. However tuning hammer is attached for further tuning if you want anytime.

What sounds better? Wooden or Crystal? can we get a hard case and thumb caps as well?

Thumb caps are included in all the variants... how ever hard case is currently available only for crystal one. Wooden piano hard case will arrive shortly in 15 days, Regarding sound, you will get better sound from wooden one as it has more bass, crystal one is having sound with less bass
