No doubt it's made in China. That said at the price point, it does the job. When you need a paper towel its usually one of those moments and you just tear one off. Not a problem for this setup. It stays on the peg board and the stuff on the shelf is still on the shelf. It takes up a little more real estate on the board, but you also get a shelf out of the deal. Good design, well done.

Very happy with the quality of this towel holder. Easy to install on a standard pegboard. They include spacer nuts should you need them. (I didn't) I like having the upper tray for my essential WD 40 and roll of duct tape.Would be nice if they added some sort of tensioner for the roll of towels so that you don't unwind the roll halfway to the floor if you pull too hard with one hand (which I have now done twice since I'm a slow learner.)Update: I made my own "tensioner" out of some left over pipe insulation. Small piece fits inside the paper towel roll and around the black bar of the towel holder. Now I can tear off a sheet of towel with one hand!Update #2 - liked it so much I bought a second one for the other side of my garage!

Product fits and works great, however they could have done a better job packaging it. As you can see from the photo one of the sides was bent due to lack of insulation in the box. Not a huge deal but not great either.

See pictures! We bought this paper towel holder from Madd Tools and some shelf’s from another manufacturer that we returned (GarageMate VersaShelf). The Madd Tools towel holder is metal and well thought out in its design. It comes with metal hooks on the top rear (and a hook space filler for metal pegboards like ours). The holder is held firmly in place by metal screws and nuts on the rear (an extra nut was given that I placed on top as you can see in the picture). A discreet shelf is included on the top of the unit as well as enough room for a spray bottle that can go in front or on the side.I would definitely buy again!

Exactly what I needed! I wanted this for my shop. It works great, and I never have to hunt for where I used them last.

This shelf and towel holder is a weird mix of over and under engineering.Over: it’s a solid metal swing arm shelf and towel holder that can bolt to your peg board. I just left it hanging from the hooks with the bolts resting in the holes. Seems ok.Under: the swing arm where the towels go is locked in place with a pin. Nothing fancy or complicated except the holes DO NOT line up. I had to redrill to get the pin to fit, which it does now. While I do recommend this product, the lack of detail was disappointing
