Excellent product - have not had a cramp at all since starting this - the 2nd night I slept all night & have since - no cramps at all like I was having every night prior to using this. It's a great product.

I have no idea why over the last few months, I started experiencing leg cramps. I had blood work done; everything was fine, however, I continued having leg cramps that basically paralyzed me! Sometimes, while driving, I would feel one coming, and get nervous because I knew how awful the pain was, and feared something like that happened when I was driving in rush hour traffic! I could be in bed, and do a simply stretch, and immediately I'd get one in my calve or thigh. I'd have to jump out of bed, like I was running for my left, in an attempt to stop the cramp from taking a full grip of my body part. I even had one in my stomach before at the gym, while a training was assisting me on a crunch type machine. I got one so bad, I couldn't move, and had to sit in that position for about 20 minutes before I could move....can someone say embarrassing! It was really bad, especially the ones at night. I'd get them so bad that I'd scream. I'd call on The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost, baby Jesus, Mary, and the 3 Wise Men for help! It was crazy, and the pain felt like someone was stabbing me! I don't have children, but I can imagine, that's what child birth probably feels like! I knew something had to change because I started dreading bedtime. So, I started researching naturally remedies; I don't feel prescription pills are the answer to everything. I happened to research leg cramps on the Amazon site, and these pills came up! I bought the ones for day, and night, and did not know if they'd work, but figured I had nothing to lose. Well...my life has TOTALLY CHANGED! I carry the regular ones in my purse 'AT ALL TIMES'; I NEVER leave home without them, and the PM pills....although I don't have problems sleeping, I would wake up a lot due to the charlie horses/leg cramps, or from drinking a lot of water, because my family/friends said perhaps the cramps were due to dehydration. The next morning, I'd feel as though I never went to sleep. Once I started taking the PM pills...I didn't wake up until the alarm clock went off for work! If you are NOT ready to go 'nighty night, do NOT take them'. They will knock you out in less than 1 hr; this was from taking 2 (12 yrs and older can take 1-2 pills). I have since ordered them for my mom, my uncle, my sister, and brother. My sister has MS and she was experiencing pain one day and I advised her to try the regular ones that I ordered for our uncle, who was visiting her. Within 30 minutes she phoned back and said she was now walking around comfortably and was shocked that a non-prescription could do that! My baby brother recent experienced pain due to a herniated disc, and couldn't get out of the bed, couldn't really make it to the bathroom due to the excruciating pain. I just ordered him the day time pills (regular pills) and pm, and he received them today. He called me later and said he took 2 of the PM pills immediately due to pain, and he was knocked out! He also said, that it helped with the pain. He too was shocked, and said that those pills worked 'BETTER' then some of the prescription pills that he had taken previously. I am amazed that a non-prescription could be this wonderful, and at this price! My supervisor is going to now order some for his wife, who also gets really bad leg crams, and one of my employees. I have them on auto delivery, and if I could go on TV and do a commercial for these pills, I would, lol!!!!
