Beamia IPL Hair Removal Device, Dark Green

I was under the impression I was ordering a new, unused product.I was supposed to receive:IPL Laser Hair Removal Machine x 1USB Charging Cable with Wall Charger x 1Women Razor x 1IPL goggles x 1Gorgeous storage bag x 1User Manual x 1I received the machine, wall charger, and razor.There's no instructions. I can't find any way to contact the seller. This is a mess.UPDATE: I exchanged for a new unit, which arrived with the plastic still on the box, as I wanted. The instructions aren't clear and make no mention of the glasses.You need someone to proofread your instructions. They're awful.

At first I didn't think it did anything. Used it 3 times and now I have noticed some of the hairs have fallen out. I didn't realize it until I very lightly pulled on of the burnt hair and it came right out. Hopefully the results continue and last! Perfect to start in the winter so I'm ready for summer

I see people saying that after a week, they see noticeable results.Guess what? It doesn't. Over 1000 pulses, over 2 weeks. No results so far. It's not nearly as good as claimed.It's also super painful. It's like burning yourself with a cigarette each time it flashes.Extremely disapointed. <insert Sorvo Disappoint .gif here>

Does not work turn it on fan starts up shows 999999 push button a line goes up 5 bars the things does nothing know flash number stays the same then fan shuts off and it cuts off . Wast of my money and I don't k ow how to return it because it came with out shipping slip.

I don’t write many Amazon reviews but this product is a must! I LOVE it and saw results in just 2 weeks. If you’ve been thinking of buying an IPL definitely get this one! I’ve looked at all of them on Amazon and this one is the only one I found with 999,999 flashes.

I bought this beamia because you don't have to change head it has 999,999 flashes which I liked very much. The device is very easy to use. I did have a problem when I first received it and used it the first time. The flash button stuck and did not work . The service rep was very responsive on the problem and had a new one on the way the very next day to replace the broken one. My experience was exceptional and the service was excellent.

This thing hurts a lot less than the major brands out there and still does the work. You might need to flash same areas multiple times but I would do that anyway to relieve the pain. Note to the side, continuous mode is still flashes at spaced periods of time. You just don’t have to press the button.

This remover doesn’t work efficiently. I use it to clean my hand hair, but it works not good.
