Did not create a slip resistant surface
Rather than roughening the surface of our slightly textured porcelain tile, it actually made it smoother! The longer we applied the liquid for, the smoother the tile got.

Worth every penny
Just had walkin shower installed, tile floor was super slippery. This stuff is amazing, easy to apply after 15 minutes it's good to go. No horrible smell either.

Not so great
Three stars because one has to buy a second product per instructions. We put two coats down and can only see a mild difference. I will admit we didn't use the second rinsing product that we didn't know we needed until after we took it down to Costa Rica. I've used another product in the past in my shower that did not require one to buy a second rinsing product and it worked fabulously. I will get that one next time.Shipping came pretty fast.

Great for safety!
Applied it in the in garage and I can feel the difference. The surface used to get slippery when wet, and both my wife and daughter have fallen in the past as a result. Now I have peace of mind. Works very well.

First product we found that has worked on our lobby floor
We have a tile lobby floor in a busy restaurant and when it rains the tile is very slippery. After using a few other products Invisa Tread Really worked. We didn't think so the first day it was applied but by the time it cured on day 2 it worked like a charm.

Easy to apply!
We put this stuff down in a really slippery tiled shower and bathroom two weeks ago and it really works! Before we were scared to step off the rubber mats, now we don't even use the mats.Do follow the instructions about skin and eye protection, but don't worry too much about the application time. We obsessed over 6 vs 8 minutes dwell time after applying with a small sponge roller in the shower. Later, another person, whose name shall not be revealed, did the rest of the bathroom, but forgot completely about rinsing the product back off, so we had an effective dwell time of some four hours. No difference at all! Still non-slip, still invisible! Maybe the secret is in applying a thin coat with a sponge roller. Whatever, it really works!
