SILHOUETTE OF AMERICA AUTOBLADE, for use with Cameo 4 only, one size

Genuine blade, fits and works well in a Cameo 4. Price was ok, could have been cheaper but i needed it quick and Amazon came to the rescue.

I've ordered blades before and have had no issue once, however recently I've ordered one as my old blade has become blunt, and these blades don't cut like they used to, it's barely cutting through sticker paper that I normally use and is ripping up the materials that i normally cut. I'm disappointed with the quality of the blade, but I'm hoping that it's possible that it may be a faulty batch, and that i can get the normal high quality blade else where. update: i needed a fresh for a project not realising i had purchased these from here before, i ordered again but the same issue happened, where it would tear and ripple through the pages, rather than cut through, i ordered a replacement, that wasn't so bad but then after four cuts, started doing the same. i only cut sticker paper, not hard plastics, or thick materials.

I do like to use my silhouette cameo 4 and this is the best blade to have. Now I have watch video on it I understand it better.

Amazon listing is probably dated. I was looking for a blade for the Portrait 3 but the listing and picture specifically says Cameo 4 only. The Silhouette website says type B blades are compatible to both machines so I took a gamble and ordered the one shown, which turned out to be correct. Hope this helps anyone else looking for a similar blade.

Replaced my old blade which is starting to get dull, but this one doesn't cut as well as my old one...I've had to up the cutting force - never done that before! Good price, maybe this is why...

This blade works perfectly. I'm somewhat new to using my machine and it never occurred to me that these blades could dull. Surprise - they do - thank you Silhouette forums! One quick blade replacement and I'm back in business. Machine is cutting card stock perfectly again, Yay!
