How many mg is each capsule?

Each capsule contains 333mg of herb weight equivalence. Please remember that we use a liquid herbal extract, which is more potent and more easily absorbed than dry herbs, so less is needed for the same results.

What is the serving size and how may mg per serving?

The label says 333 mg Herb Weight Equivalence per 1 capsule. Instructions are to take 1 capsule 4x a day if under 175 lbs and 2 capsules 3x a day if over. It also says "for maximum effectiveness, avoid more than 1-2 oz of liquid 15 minutes before and after each dose." Because of that, I opt to take 2 capsules 3x daily even though I am under 175 lbs so it's easier to schedule. Hope this helps!

What is the difference between this and the motherlove more milk moringa?

We are so glad you asked! Motherlove's Moringa is a single-herb lactation supplement, containing only moringa leaves. More Milk Moringa is a blend of four herbs—moringa, blessed thistle, nettle, and fennel. Both are really great fenugreek-free options for breast milk supply support and both are liquid extracts, which is a highly concentrated and easily absorbed way to take herbs.
