I keep them in the fridge so when we put them on it feels extra relaxing and cooling :) I like how you can still walk around without worrying about anything getting on the floor. The wrist and ankles have some tape so you can tighten it to your comfort. Took a little bit to dry after rubbing in the extra liquid when done, but we used it right before bed and it didn't get anything on the sheets. Leaves hands and feet feeling refreshed!
