Be careful of this seller, I bought two of these US units, the power cords were not usable as they were for the electrical system in India. Never resolved kept sending me adaptors that don’t fit etc. one unit had to be opened and repaired and the speaker for the sound is still broken.

The one I received is totally different than the picture. It's a ripoff.

Not what I expected, but perfect for my needs
I did not realize this was shipping from India. Expected 1 month delivery. Delivered in 3 days!! Packaging was horrible on the outside, well protected on the inside. No Manuals. No Paperwork - so I hope y'all know what you're doing if you order this. No product labels (No UL listing). Labeling was hand written via marker on the back. In a nutshell, delivery and presentation was a mess and I didn't expect much from the product.However - Plugged it in, slapped on the Ultrasound goo, and the unit worked perfectly.End result - Shocked by how fast it arrived, surprised by it's appearance, super happy with the results.

Not worth the effort
The item did ship in a timely manner from India. I recieved the package and unboxed, read instruction and had purchased the contact gel. Machine powered up and display showed numbers. connected the hand held attachment prior. applied gel and went to use per instutions but no output at transduser or contact point. put a drop of water on it to see for vibration and no action. So I returned and found shipping cost to be $300. Contacted seller and was told to just dispose and make video of problem if I could. Was really looking to get some relief. So back to searching else where.

This device did not work, or shocked me when using.
I’ve used several products of this type over the years. This is the first I’ve ever used that was manufactured this poorly. The handle makes a zapping rattling sound and shocked me while in use.
