Donco Kids325-TW_503-W Sleigh Bed withTrundle Bed, Twin/Twin, White

The bed is cute, but pieces of the bed were damaged when I opened the box. Not too happy with the dents and chips in the pictures I included. Also in the 4th picture we were only able to put one screw when it needed 2. The problem was that when it was made the 2 homes were not placed correctly and did not match where the holes in the metal plate were made. I was not happy about that because it would have made the bed sturdier with both screws.

I’m very pleased with this bed. It was tricky putting it together because of the curves (which direction does this go?) and required two people to hold things in place and think it through, but once completed, it’s adorable and very sturdy. The directions were also not the best.I’m giving it only four stars because there is so little room on each side of the trundle that you have to be super careful pushing it back in or you end up nicking the legs of the bed.SPECIAL NOTE: Don’t get a mattress thicker than 6 inches for the trundle. Anything thicker and you can’t push it under the bed. We ended up getting some boards, painting them white and putting them under the ends of the bed to raise it up so the mattress we got would fit. It looks great, but it was an extra step we could have avoided if we’d known.

This bed is beautiful. It came with the bed for damage, but the damage was on the inside. I didn't make any fuss about it because no one can see it. The directions for the twin was perfect. I was able to put it together by myself in 30 minutes. However, the directions for the full was not clear. It was like a puzzle because some of the numbers were missing on the products. They had 3 steps in one picture. I eventually figured it out and the bed looks beautiful in my boys' room.

This is a pretty nice looking bed and seems to be sturdy. It was not the easiest to get together. And alot of people had issues getting the slats to fit saying they were to long. We also had that problem till we realized we had the brakets that hold the sides rales to the head and foot on wrong witch case the slats to not fit. Not all the holes were pree drilled but was not really a issue either. The bed did come in 3 different boxes.

Took my husband about 2 hours & easy to assemble, only one hole didn’t match up to a screw so he had to drill a new one [I wouldn’t have known how to do that] besides that assembly was easy & instructions were great! Our other kids we bought $1,000 beds so this purchase was considered low end for the price but the quality is not lacking! I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this bed & I’m 100% happy with our purchase, it’s a great value for your money! It’s sturdy & the sliding trundle bed is a bonus!

I have read some of the reviews with concerns about the weight capacity. Well first off, I assembled this by myself with very little trouble. Just took it step by step, followed directions and built it with no problems. Its a LOVELY affordable bed! My daughter is around 35 pounds. I wegh 143 pounds. We can both lay down in this bed with no problems. Its very sturdy. The bottom part is very strudy as well. I did alot of looking and comparing before making this purchase, and I do not regret it! This bed is by far the more affordable, NICE bed for a little girl or boy that you'll find. But with no reserves! Im glad I did!

I was a little nervous to purchase a bed frame online without seeing it in person. Well I ended up LOVING IT!!! I can see this bed lasting many years. The only thing is I waited to see if I loved the frame and of course I did went back online and the price went a lot higher so thats what stinks. I wanted to buy one more for my other daughters room . That is the only reason I did not give it five stars.

When making our purchase I was very nervous because of the mixed reviews! But this bed is amazing. It did take some time to get put together but my husband said it was very easy just time consuming. This bed is solid wood and absolutely beautiful. We purchased a 10” full size mattress for the top bed and it’s perfect. And the twin is a standard twin. So our previous mattress we had fit perfect. I would absolutely recommend this!
