Eastland1955 Edition Women's Loafer

These are so comfortable and cute. Classic loafers, you can dress up or wear with jeans. Yes they are tight when you first get them however they are leather so they strech to fit your foot perfectly after a few wears.

For work, these are so cute and comfy. Add a little pizazz in gold and I have always loved Eastland brand. Way to modernize with the cute gold finish!

I’ve only been wearing these for a few hours around my house and I can tell they are going to be great indoor/outdoor slippers. I work from home so slippers are what I wear all day and I can’t say how many times I’ve walked out the door for an errand wearing fluffy, cute “obvious” slippers. These at least look like shoes! I did have to try two different sizes to get the right fit, but now they are perfect. In my opinion they run large. I almost always wear 8-8.5 but these are a 7.5. They are a snug fit but they will definitely stretch being leather! The only two minor complaints I have is the lack of arch support and the microfiber lining. Other than that, I love them!

I always have a difficult time finding shoes in the proper size that fit comfortably. I wear a 9 1/2W and its like everybody is phasing out wide shoes let alone half sizes.I tried this shoe on in the store prior to purchasing online. They had a 9 1/2, 10, and a 10W. The 9 1/2 fit length-wise but wasn't wide enough. The 10 fit but was too long and not wide enough. The 10W was too long and too wide, so I knew I needed a 9 1/2W. So, I hopped on Amazon, of course, and was ecstatic when I saw the same shoe in a 9 1/2W, plus they were cheaper than what they were in the shoe store. It did take some time to get the shoe. Once I got it and tried it on, I had no room in the toe area and the width had my toes screaming. It fit like a size 9! Although the tag said 9 1/2W...it still ran small and I'm not going to put my feet through the aches and pain. I couldn't tell if there was comfort or support because my feet hurt as soon as I tried them on. There was some stretch but not enough for me to keep them. I'd recommend going up a size but if you can find them in a store (that way you know for sure they fit) that would be your best route.**UPDATE**I reorder this shoe in a 10W. Still, too small. I don't know what it is. The band across the top of my foot would not give. I knew this would cause my foot to ache. So, I had to return it too. I really wanted these shoes but it just wasn't in the cards for me. I hope you have better luck than I did.

I have many Eastland loafers in many colors and there many things I like about them. The first being that they're leather NOT pleather. I know this isn't important to some people, I just don't like plastic shoes. Second is they fit me perfectly and lastly, because they're leather, they get better with age. Now I know they're not for everyone. They're driving mocs so they have a soft bottom and people don't like that. They also have no arch support, again they're labeled as driving mocs. Even THE most expensive ones have no arch support that I'm aware of. So if you're OK with 2 issues then these are a great pair of loafers for the price. There's a reason I own 9 pairs of them.

Very pretty shoe and fine leather, but sizing way off. 8 1/2 wide looks and fits like 8 narrow. I should’ve read more reviews.

Great simple patent leather driving moc. Love these. Ordered my usual sz 8, but when I stepped, my foot lifted out. Sent back and ordered the 71/2....perfect fit. Love these

These casual shoes are very comfortable and very stylish. The colour of the leather is perfect; matte gold and not shiny gold. They are true to size. I think they are a good value for the cost. I truly like mine and they complement so many outfits. Catherine

These shoes are the most comfortable loafer I have ever owned. I have a narrow foot and typically an enclosed shoe is wide on my foot and chafes at the heal. I put these shoes on and had no discomfort that is typical of breaking in a new shoe. The style is excellent, they are a nice quality of suede and the light blue colour is consistant over the entire shoe. The rubber raised sole is not obvious and the insole is also the same quality of suede. The overstitching is neat and well detailed. There is nothing about this shoe that I don't like. I will be ordering a second pair in another colour.
