Excellent product for the novice DIYer
Easy to install, came with it's own tools. The instructions suck but easy to figure out the parts and how they should be installed. The parts look like they are made of quality material. Better than OEM and more affordable than OEM. Accepts all types of roof racks and attachments.

What should I do with the extra parts???
I still have four rubber caps that I don't know where they are supposed to go to on the rails. The instructions are difficult to follow so I have created a video as I was going along. Ultimately It did get installed on my 2019 RAV4 and appears to be sturdy. I also purchase the brightlines ski rack to attach to the rails which were simpler to figure out how it assembled and attached.So far the rails appear to be of good value but I have yet to make a trip with anything attached to them. Will be taking a 600 mile trip to Colorado in February and will post how it goes sometime after I return.

Directions lacking but good product.
Took a bit to understand the directions as they are only pictures and no words but didn’t take long to figure out and install. Very sturdy and they make my 2019 RAV4 look a little more sporty.

Great Product, poor instructions
The product itself seems very high quality, I would imagine to the same caliber as Toyota brand. However, the Installation instructions are garbage, they appear to a photo copy of a photocopy, on a printer from 1985. Had to guess my way through the installation, and ended up with extra pieces that I have no clue on their proper use.

Liked the sturdy construction. Very strong. Disliked the included tools, so I used mine. Spare parts availability of small parts would be great.
