Instructions are useless. Need a drill. Very sturdy and looks good.

This is a pretty nice looking and sturdy rack with real wood shelves. But why did they not drill any holes in the wooden parts? Nor do they include any measurements for where the wheels or side pieces should be placed. I was not looking for a project but rather something that can be quickly assembled without hassle in a short amount of time. I feel like it doesn't take much effort to pre-drill the holes in the right location and it would save the customer a lot of time and effort. Yes, I have a drill and can use it, and we decided to go ahead and drill the holes ourselves and put it together, and it went together without too much difficulty. But this is definitely something people should be aware of when they are purchasing.. My other complaint is that the black paint scratches off the metal poles EXTREMELY easily. Just in putting it together we had three or four nicks already. Also, if they could have stained both sides of the wooden shelf, that would have been better. I put it together so that the finished side was on the top of the upper shelf, but realized that you are looking at it more from the bottom so you see the unfinished edge. I should have put it together the other way, but by then the holes were drilled and it would have looked bad with the holes. (Another reason for pre-drilled holes so you get it right!) Also, the directions were not incredibly specific. There is no mention of drilling in the instructions. If the manufacturer had taken two small steps (holes and better quality paint) this could have been a really top notch product for very little increased cost to the manufacturer.

I bought this for my newly remodeled laundry room and it looks great!! The instructions could use improvement but I I assembled it on my own and I am not known for my DIY skills 😄

Do not waste your money. Terrible design, so wobbly I honestly feel like it’s gonna fall on top of someone. Nothing about putting the shelf together. Makes any sense. You cannot get it tight enough to make it sturdy, just honestly a terrible product. So beyond frustrated with it.

We are very happy with this product! It is of quality materials. It was easy to put together just as the instructions indicated. We would recommend this produce. We like the industrial design, it fits perfectly in our office building. We really love that it is on wheels.

Sturdy. Love that they are on rollers, we can rearrange our studio space any time! Love the warm industrial look with the wood and the piping. It's perfect for our space

This is very sturdy and the wood panels are high quality and so are the metal pipe pieces. I also think the tiny extra pipe pieces that serve as small hangers are a nice and convenient touch. The one thing that I was a little disappointed with was that there weren't any markers on the wood panels about where to drill holes and the instructions were lacking. It's easy enough to assemble, but if you're expecting IKEA simplicity, this is not that.
