Like my mother's matzoh balls
My mother made the most delicious matzoh balls, and I wasn't able to find this product in our local stores, so Amazon to the rescue. I use her recipe and they come out perfect every time using this matzo meal. I keep it in the fridge once it is open so it keeps a long time and is always handy for when chicken soup needs a friend.

This is a top quality matzo meal from a well respected company. Made in the USA, there are no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. A good tasting, easy-to-make recipe for matzo balls is printed on the label and Manischewitz offers more recipes at the company’s website for using this product. I made the matzo balls for soup and also made a small walnut cake. Delicious! I have absolutely no complaints about this matzo meal and recommend it.
