KT TapePro Extreme Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips

I was recently prescribed to wear a ZIO XT heart monitoring device. it fell off on the second day of wearing it, as their adhesive just doesn’t work for me. I sweat a lot and while riding my elliptical machine it came off. I reapplied it several times, but it kept coming off. Normal surgical tape, even the waterproof brand, just wouldn’t work for more than 24 hours. And the device adhesive, nor the surgical tape, could stay on after showering, which I do twice a day as a plumber.I found this product on Amazon. I’m glad I did. It is extremely comfortable, and keeps the device on for several days. I can shower in it, and work up a real sweat, and the device will not come off. In fact, the tape has not failed me yet, I just replace it with a new tape every few days.I would highly recommend this product for anyone, trying to stick something to their body while being active, sweating, and showering.

My husband had a knee injury and the KT tape was very helpful to help him get back on his feet quickly and provide stability. It holds well and it ease to use, and most of all is durable and comfortable - he goes to sauna, showers, pool and still holds well. I think is well worth the money.

I use a fresh strip before every training session, and it stays on until I take a shower after practice. Knee pain. Helped. Adhesive very sticky.

Have been using this extra heavy duty tape for a year now. Switched from lighter weight. This stuff is awesome! Allows me to continue, at age 71, to ride my horses hard and fast. Great product!!!

I’ve used regular KT Tape, KT Tape Pro and now this. The adhesive on this product stays on for days. In fact, I left it on for 5 days and it was very difficult to get it off. The ends do not curl up like they do with the regular and pro versions. Will buy again.

Pros: it works!Cons: not at all waterproofI’m giving it 5 stars because it works. I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for 2+ years now. I have done everything I can think of to help it. Insoles, shoes, sleeping in a boot, other wraps and contraptions, ice, heat, stretches. You name it Ive done it. I’ve finally given up on trying to help it and quit looking for stuff for a year. Then, This tape randomly came across my FB and I decided to read the comments. I seen the raving reviews but was skeptical because every other thing I’ve purchased had just as good of reviews. I figured what’s another 15$ down the hole at this point.After the first initial taping it was miraculously better. I don’t know what sorcery this is but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! My pain is gone! I’ve had it a week and I haven’t stopped taping myself yet. I want to use it for a while in hopes it might correct the issue. The only downfall is that it is NOT waterproof or water resistant. I have to shower everyday, and the second I step in the shower it slides right off. That does make for easy peeling if you are ready for it to be off, because when it’s dry it sticks so well. It’s not great when you are wanting it on for a few days to not have to buy so much. I’ve done the prep- shaving, exfoliating, making sure the area is clean, even cleaned area with alcohol. Then once on I rub it real good. As long as I keep it’s dry It stays on perfectly fine for a few days. Some parts still stick okay when wet, but not enough to be able to salvage it and wear another day. I’ve tried wrapping my foot up to keep it dry but water still manages to get in and ultimately ruins the wrap. I won’t reduce the stars just for the fact it is the only thing on this planet to help so far. I don’t know how long I can afford to keep using 2-3 pieces a day though.

It seems high quality and sticks well but the adhesive is irritating and also stays on your skin relentlessly once you remove the tape. Rubbed my arm raw trying to get the adhesive off. Otherwise it was comfortable and easy to use. Size worked well. Easy to cut smaller.

llegué a probar otras que se despegaban facil despues de uno o dos dias pero este ni con la fricción de la ropa ni con el ejercicio todos los dias se despega, dura más de 5 dias facil , tampoco se despega al bañarse, lo unico a tomar en cuenta diria yo es que tarda un poco en secarse despues de bañarse pero nada molesto.el pegamento es fuerte y duradero si lo recomiendo. da soporte al area donde se coloca

I bought the KT Tape PRO Extreme Kinesiology Tape for my husband, who suffers from bad knee pain. As a cricket player, he needs support during running, and this tape has been incredibly helpful. I bought this tape to use as boob tape to hold up my boobs and it worked great for the wedding I was at. It loses its stick each time you try to reapply or if part of the tape gets stuck to itself, but that’s how most tape works. I’d say it gives you about 1-2 reattempts to apply then it loses its adhesion. I have to believe that people who are saying that there’s no adhesion applied this wrong and kept trying to use a dead piece of tape. Just clean the area and peel off the backing as you’re applying and you’ll be good to go for hours.

Fantastic product - lasts days even with daily showersI have used to to help recover an mcl tear in my knee and now a bad ankle sprain. I am a climber and this product has helped me get back to it sooner as I can still wear my tight shoes over the kt tape so I have great support.I have used other brands and had blisters and reactions to the adhesive. However I’ve used kt tape for years and never had a reactionCan’t recommend it enough!
