An excellent, practical guide to relaxing to get what you want in life. How you can achieve what you want in life through the frequent practice of relaxation. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

Some interesting additions to manifesting
As The author states - like any book of non-fiction- it is mostly material from elsewhere gathered in a new way. There are some new angles to the concepts here, particularly with the real meanings of "living as if." Also a couple of the insights into goddard are helpful for instance explain ing his use of the bible as a psychological text and not as a religious text. This is set forth with some direct advice without selling some program ("manifest everything in 21 days") like the money makers. The relaxation aspect is Unique to this book - most other books on the subject talk about not forcing but the. Have daily instructions . overall informative- a quick read, and is practical if this is your path .

A Breath of Fresh Air!
I have read several books by this author and always feel so encouraged and at so much peace with life. It is a wonderful reminder when the journey starts to get bumpy and I lose my center. I know I can come back to these books and find peace and balance again, remembering that we are in fact the creators of our reality. The information in the book isn’t anything I haven’t heard before, but there is something so different, so simplistic with the way Neville and the author present it that is so beautiful. Highly recommend!

Operationalizes "The Secret"
This book operationalizes the movie and the book "The Secret". It teaches you to relax and feel abundant, or relax and imagine the futuristic things that make your life feel abundant as if you already have them. When I started doing this, money started pouring in unexpectedly-I received 2 unexpected checks in the mail; a total stranger at the store gave the cashier her savings rewards for my purchase and I saved $30!; and a week later, when I met a friend for lunch she insisted on paying! I did not ask either of these people for anything. They just offered it! This is confirmation that bigger things are coming. I feel like King Solomon who was able to command that every city give him a percentage of their wealth. The instructions are easy, and it's for additional goals as well- like health and relationships. One of the 2 stories used to illustrate is a little long, but it helps to drive home the point. This book takes the pressure off of having to reinvent yourself to be the next biggest, greatest, busyest person in order to achieve your goal. You will subtly progress into it, building off of strengths that you already possess.

"Relax" really hit home for me
I have read lots on The Law of Attraction, but it never hit me as well at this book did. This is the very start of how to produce happiness, satisfaction and abundance in my life. It is sometimes difficult to start on the outset trying to visualize the things you want but need to see that you HAVE them already. Relaxing first gets one into the proper state to begin to visualize, and then really add all the details around the situation. I have been using this practice since I read this book a few weeks ago. I know how it feels in my chest to have all my bills paid off, have my husband not have to work and be able to travel with me, and having no monetary worries. I have done this practice many times which produced monetary income for me. Just to feel abundant brings in good things into my life. What a great feeling -- even while I'm waiting for it all to come to fruition. After all, we are just looking for that FEELING of having it all in the end. I highly recommend this book for everyone, especially the people who are TRYING so hard to get some place but never seem to do it. Enjoy.
