These are my favorite concealers
I just bought the green to tone down blotchy, red areas or reddish tiny broken vessels such as those around my nose and the yellow for bluish or purple discolorations under my eyes. I already own and use the fair color concealer which I use for general coverup such as brown spots. I really like the Nyx concealers because they are super gentle on my skin which is sensitive and prone to Rosacea flares. I also love that they contain no silicones such as dimethicone as I tend to get plugged pores from products with them. The only thing about not having silicones, however, is that it may be a tad harder to spread the concealer. I have had zero breakouts from them as well as zero irritation. I do find it a bit of a challenge to blend them properly since if you use too much they can get cakey especially after you've had them for a while and they get a little bit dryer. I think using a soft brush such as the Techniques brand concealer size brushes a must. I found they work much better if used sparingly and blended well. You can always add layers of coverage once the first layer sets if you want. If I use them directly under my eye, I find they settle in my fine lines, so I stick to using them about 1/4 inch from my eye and down and this doesn't happen as badly. In the eye region I use much less concealer than the rest of my face such as my chin or around my nose where I can use more without creasing. The green works well for me on reddened areas, but nothing is perfect. Same with the yellow. Be sure to let it set well before adding more or it can actually rub off which makes it pointless. I suggest practicing with any colors you wish to try out before you actually use them before going out. And blend smoothly to prevent caking or applying too thick. I'd much rather blend them too thin than use too much. My favorite is the fair as it can be used anywhere to disguise discolorations. I have one in my purse, 1 in the bathroom, and 1 in my travel kit. That way I'm not constantly transferring the concealer from place to place. The price is right and the end result is better than other concealers (both cake and liquid) that I've tried.

FINALLY the right green shade for me! Plus full-coverage
I have very pale skin with neutral-cool undertones and often have trouble finding color-correcting products that are both light enough in color to blend in easily with my skin tone, but also pigmented enough to actually do their job. For a long time I used the Smashbox Photo Finish Anti-Redness primer, but it's way too dark, so I can only use the tiniest amount at a time. The L.A. Girl Color Correcting Concealer in Mint is paler, which is helpful, but the pigmentation looks a little too white to actually counteract redness. When I mix the Smashbox (dark yellowish green) and the L.A. Girl (pale bluish white), the color looks a little better, BUT having to resort to guesswork and mixing multiple products hoping I get the right color, every time I need to cover up redness, is not for me. The mixed result is also very liquidy, so it’s less likely to stay where I put it without other products like setting powder or spray. I'd rather have one product that's already the right color, thicker/more creamy consistency, and ideally also full-coverage, and this NYX Concealer Jar is the PERFECT fit for me. I loved using NYX’s jar concealer back in the day when they used to sell it for dark circles (my shade was Fair), so I was so happy to see a green version of it sold on Amazon. I might have to stock up on more jars of these!

Great concealer for acne-prone skin.
For reference, I have pale white, acne-prone skin. First of all, this will arrive in a very small container...don't panic! All you need is a tiny amount so this should last at least a year of daily use at the rate I've been using it. I have acne and this product has been great as a concealer. I've had to experiment a little bit but I've found that it works best when I put it on AFTER my foundation. I dip a small brush in and get a teensy amount on the tip. Then I dab it on my acne areas and use either that brush or my finger tips to dab-blend (don't rub!). Seriously, a little goes a long way--if you overdo it, it'll be cake-y and make you look like you have flaking acne. I'm very happy with this product because it's changed the way I use makeup. Before, I was applying too much foundation in an attempt to hide my acne and, as you can guess, it *looked* like I was wearing too much foundation. Now I can apply a small amount of foundation for general color-correction and then use my green concealer to hide all the angry red acne marks. It looks so much better!

NYX Glow
Not sure why some shades are double the price of others! I am a long-time buyer of this product and since they renamed the shades there was some confusion on the right shade for me. I purchased "Glow" which is the equivalent of CJ06, when I normally am a CJ04 for NYX. It is unfortunately too dark so I will have to mix this with a lighter cream concealer. Cream concealers are my go-to for foundation, so I was really disappointed to see that they stopped selling the full range they used to offer. In one of my photos you can see a comparison from the older product to the new version. It has the same .25 oz, and the packaging seems to be basically the same just the shades are renamed. If you are typically an ivory color, go for the shade "beige". This one (shade glow) is closer to a contour shade for myself. I have photographed this product next to my foundation and bronzer for color comparison. Formula feels about the same! I like that it is buildable, satin texture and slightly tacky. With that being said, I will be switching to the 852b soft ivory Wet and Wild foundation stick, the closest match to consistency and color for CJ04. It is a better value at this time ($6.49 for 0.42 oz) vs the beige shade of NYX ($16.99 for 0.25oz). I love the consistency and I feel like it is wearing just slightly better under my eyes than the NYX concealer. It is slightly more sheer but still medium coverage. If you need super full coverage stick to NYX, but give the wet and wild one a try too.

A Staple in My Makeup Collection.
I have seborrheic dermatitis on the sides of my nose and have a lot of redness because of this. I love to do my makeup, but without this product, the redness still shows through my regular concealer. The major selling point of this product (for me) is that it doesn't further dry out the already scaly/flaky skin my SD causes, like a lot of cream based makeups tend to do. Additionally, it doesn't "cake up" or make my skin look more scaly than it already is; in fact, I think it moisturizes it and the scaliness is almost unnoticeable. Another thing that's AMAZING is that you don't need much. I have a ton of redness most days and a very light application of this completely hides the red—which I really appreciate as after applying the green, I then apply my foundation over top and I do not like to feel like I'm wearing coats and coats of makeup.

Love the consistency! It's not THICK! Smooths on nicely
Basically, the title of my review sums it up. It's not a thick concealer; it has thee perfect consistency for my skin. See, I have freckles... so finding a concealer that works well with my skin is definitely a treasure hunt. Never would I ever have thunk a $5 concealer would be the answer to my blemished worries. If I wear a concealer too thick, it covers my freckles and then you can really tell I'm wearing "cover-up" per se. So that's a big thing I have to watch out for. I just so happened to come across this product while watching a YouTube makeup fanatic whom used this product. So if you're like me with freckles, I give this two big thumbs up! But then again, this is just simply great for all skin tones -- unless of course you have naturally oily skin, then I'd suggest not. It is a little on the smooth oily side, but I tend to have little to dry skin so it helps me tremendously in that department. I'm fair skinned and chose fair and the color fits! Very affordable and like the wise always say, go for drug store makeup! It's just as good as the high end without the messy price! $$$

Great as a contour
This color is really dark tan so I use it as a contour instead of concealer. The texture is great and it is odorless. It is long lasting and not too heavy. Doesn’t look too heavy. Wish it were lighter tan but still feel like it was worth the price.

Promising product
The past few months I have developed redness and flaky skin on my cheeks, one considerably more than the other. I've never had uneven skin but getting closer to 40 I expected some changes. This product toned it down very well. I will say it performed better when I used a finger pat method versus rubbing it in, a little goes a long way. I did not experience any irritation, though I do have sensitive skin. I gave it four stars because it doesn't suit my needs personally and I cannot speak to it's longevity or it's performance when paired with foundation. I don't wear full makeup other than the basics of mascara and maybe highlighter or blush. I was hoping to reduce the redness without the concealer showing but I knew that was a tall order. It did leave some paleness in the areas applied however it easily blended when I patted a teeny bit of skin matching concealer over it. I think it would do quite well for most foundations. A tad greasy, but I'm not the best judge of that to be fair, because as I said I don't really wear foundation so it was applied after a humectant soap, hyaluronic acid, heavy moisturizer and sunblock without any mattifying products to finish it. Greasiness was possibly a result of my other products. Pics are before and after with one little tap into the product and then applied just around the apple of my cheek, shown on it's own, for review purposes.
