Look no further, your laundry is about to get more exciting!
I love everything about these! To start with, they actually DO WORK! I have four cats and a Husky/Lab mix, and springtime means shedding season. Oh my word, the fur! Rolling across the hardwood floors like tumble weeds. These do help remove the hair and static, but for pet loads or tough jobs I do throw in a single dryer sheet, whereas I've always used two sheets every load, three for extra big loads. It does help with static as much as can be expected for a high desert, perhaps more than expected. I was surprised at their effectiveness at actually loosening fur and debris from fabrics.I add three drops of essential oils to each ball: three balls with Ylang Ylang and three with Sweet Orange. The two combined create a calming, refreshing scent that is subtle, not overpowering. Whenever they eventually wear off, I can explore other delightful combinations. Oils go a long way, as do these wool balls, so I can't imagine the amount of money I'll be saving from now on! And that also decreases the amount of landfill waste I produced from used dryer sheets and boxes.Speaking of waste, save your dryer lint and used toilet paper cores. Fill the cores with the lint, cut them in half, and dip each end in used wax tarts, or melted tea lights or paraffin wax. Let it dry and harden, then pack in Ziplock bags with some matches for your 72 hour kits or camping gear for fire starters. Everyone knows dryer lint is a great fire starter, but it burns up in seconds. Each half roll will burn with a strong, steady flame for over six minutes, and if you dip it deeper it can last up to eleven minutes! I timed them personally with a stopwatch. Saves money, time, frustration, and perhaps lives. It also reduces landfill waste by repurposing the materials! The coin purse is absolutely adorable! I don't have a need for it right now, but if I need to go to the laundromat, this is sure as heck coming with me! It's so soft and the zipper isn't one that will easily break or made of poor quality materials.Even the bag is great! Besides being a handy way to store the balls and protect them from my cats, it has wonderful and uplifting words printed on the front. Seeing inspiring words in the most common places, even if you don't actively read them each time, will sink in a bit of positivity unconsciously. Most utility/laundry rooms aren't the most pleasant of places to be, so I appreciate the effort and thought. The care instructions are made of sturdy material and I store them in the bag.Altogether, this is a wise purchase. I'd recommend this to anyone and might end up giving it to friends as a gift! Great product, and I'm happy to be able to help financially support the disadvantaged.

THESE SEEM TO BE HELPING TO DRY MY CLOTHES FASTER!!!
These wool balls seem to be working! I bought them to help my clothes & towels dry faster. I had also heard that they would keep my clothes and towels from wadding up while they were drying. They came in a nice bag (if I could ONLY find it now!) The little sheep coin purse was cute and fuzzy! I could be wrong, but these wool balls seem to be shortening the time that it takes to dry my clothes and towels!!! That's very important when you have to go to the laundry mat. My friend says that dryer balls save her money at home, too!!! Strange, but the boxes that the review wanted me to rate were: Wrinkle Free, Scent, and Softness. I gave these balls 5 Stars on all of these! But just so you know, these balls have no scent. If you want scented laundry, then add a scent to them after you read the directions! Also, these balls are really Soft, and they are Wrinkle FREE! LOL Truthfully, I haven't noticed that they make my laundry any softer. The other day the Fabric Softener dispenser on the washer I used failed to work correctly I noticed that my towels and clothes weren't nearly as soft as they usually are!!! So, no these balls don't seem to help in that area! As for lessening the wrinkles, hmmmmm..... Didn't know they were supposed to help! If I think about it, I'll keep an eye out and see!!! Maybe I'll report back on that issue.

I feel like I'm a walking lint brush!
As I rely heavily on reviews by other amazon customers before making a purchase, plus the fact that I am trying to purge my home of all the chemicals I use to clean with, I decided to give these dryer balls a try. I am unhappy to report that they do absolutely nothing to solve the static problem in my clothes dryer. I have tried all the suggestions ie; removing clothes from the dryer that are still a little damp, washing similar fabrics together, etc. Not only don't they work at solving the static cling problem in the dryer but my clothes are a magnet for all kinds of lint wherever I go especially if I'm wearing black and that includes my Columbia ski jacket and pants which are usually impervious to anything trying to stick to them. Apparently those chemically laden dryer sheets do more than just solve the static cling problem in the dryer, they also help clothes stay static free period. I am going to try the Seventh Generation dryer sheets next because they have a 'C' rating on the ewg.org website but if they don't work this might be one area I may have to give up and stick with what works, regular dryer sheets, chemical-laden that they might be. One positive here is that the dryer balls do make towels fluffier and fluffed up my bathrobe so that it looks almost new again so I will continue to use them with those items but not anything else.

Healthy Alternative to Dryer Sheets! Also Great for Those with Sensitive Skin / Allergies!
A healthy friend told me about the potential dangers of using dryer sheets regularly. They can disrupt the hormone levels in your body and some speculate they can even lead to disease occurring. I figured if there is even a slim chance of this being true, I wanted to do whatever I could to keep my family healthy. Plus my kids have lots of allergies and sensitivities so I want to protect them and their super delicate skin.I ordered these and they arrived nicely packaged. I immediately opened them up and I was impressed. They look like soft, white little tennis balls. You receive 6. You also received a nice carrying case, topped with a drawstring and a super cute handmade!!! sheep coin purse.I immediately put it to use. I had a load of laundry waiting to be dryed, so I followed the instructions and put a few drops of a wild orange essential oil on 3 of the balls. Per the instructions I let it sit for a few minutes before I tossed them in. I set the timer for less than I normally would as these balls actually speed up the drying time. I was not disappointed. They work like a charm - they fluff the clothes, reduce drying time and lend a nice scent to the items too. Give them a try - they are simply fantastic!!!

Lovely product, bolstered by lovely customer service
Fabulous! I haven't made a note of dry-time differences with/without them and I've always used the prickly plastic balls previously. These would seem to be much kinder to my laundry, though, and make less of a racket as they fling themselves around the dryer drum. Particularly impressive is the "love" that seems to come with these dryer balls, the little storage bag, and fleecy sheep purse and the friendly note of instruction (though I can't now remember what it said as it was some time ago...). One thing it doesn't address, though, is what happens to lost balls or, indeed, how they get lost in the first place! I started with 6, always used 6, and left them in the dryer after use. I know sometimes they get caught up in the laundry but this is apparent either by a lump, or extra weight, in a place where it shouldn't, or a gentle thud when the ball drops out from wherever it was residing. I expect it's dwelling in the same land as lost teaspoons, and odd socks!

Tumble dryer balls
These are great. They really do speed up the drying time of your clothes, which saves money too. Much quieter than my plastic tumble dryer balls, in fact you can hardly hear that they're in the tumble dryer. I would recommend that when you use them, set your tumble dryer for ten to fifteen minutes less then you would normally otherwise you might find your clothes over dry. I used three tumble dryer balls on a normal mixed load and six with a load of towels. Good investment and even better hen you sprinkle a little essential oil on a couple of the balls. Makes your washing smell lovely.

Loving my wooly balls :)
I love, love LOVE these and wish I had gotten some sooner. They're perfect and get my clothes feeling fluffy and soft out of the dryer. My pro tip would be to put a few drops of your favourite essential oil on the balls as they go into the dryer! Not only will your clothes smell great but your home, too. My choice is lavender oil. These cut down my dryer time significantly which is great for saving energy!

Made with love from villagers in Nepal
I truly love this product it really helps speed up the time spent in the tumble drier and you can add some essential oils too. The one thing that was really interesting is that these are made by villagers in Nepal the women make the balls with true cotton and they also include a sheep purse all handmade and by purchasing this product you help contribute to the community.

Great Smelly Balls
I really like these little things, but in not in love with them. The Pros:*They feel great and I love the bag they come in.*The reduce creasing to some extent*Adding essential oil drops helps the clothes smell fresher*Hanging the bag full of balls in the cupboard makes that also smell nicely of the essential oilsThe not so good :*They don't eradicate creases, only reduces them*They do take up some space in the tumble dryer*They can be hard to find when they get "lost" in clothing or bed sheets, duvet covers etcWould I recommend them...? Definitely.
