Well made wine glasses must not be in the slightest "wavy". These are as clear and fine as optical glass. Plus, especially for white wine, not too big. These hold 150 ml at the inflection point where the curve, having bent out, starts to bend in. As shown in the illustrations. That is the natural fill level but of course you can be as generous as you want. So, overall, these are just right. Party on!

Quality; everyday use luxury

Beautiful white wine glasses, nice shape, good size for white wine. I prefer to have the proper glasses for white wine and red wine and champagne (I think it makes a difference in the taste of the wine), and these are perfect. Excellent quality for the price. I am pleasantly surprised. The stem and base have some weight, but the rim of the glass is fine and delicate. The brand is subtly etched into the base of the glass, which is also nice. I would definitely purchase other glasses from this company.

These wine glasses are of excellent quality- thick glass, sturdy base, and the perfect size for a generous pour! Very happy with this product!

If you are familiar with Spiegelau, these are not their finest. Still, I find some other customer reviews hard to understand. Rather than thin, they are a bit thicker than expected but definitely acceptable at this price. They arrived intact. They feel a tad lighter than expected and they do not ring as prettily as the best stuff; I take it that "lead-free crystal" explains both of those things. I've had them just a few months and not used them often, but they've gone thru the dishwasher a few times without incident. They are among the tallest wine glasses I have, but my cupboard and dishwasher can handle them, so this is fine with me. The only caveat that I can add: If you have a stemware rack where you hang them from their bases, take note that the base is a bit thicker than any that I've ever placed in the rack. Since my rack hangs from chains rather than being fastened directly to the wall or ceiling, I have to slow down and slide the glass in rather slowly/carefully to avoid discombobulating the whole rack. If these stems were hair's breadth larger, I'd have an issue with the thickness of the bases. All told, a good purchase.

Very pretty. Look like they may be a little delicate so I'm not taking any chances with my husband washing them.

Great glasses

The packaging upon delivery was absurd. When I opened the Amazon box, the glasses had fallen out. (Don't know how they didn't break.) They do not sit level and the base is obviously a secondary attachment. They are crystal, and for the price, not bad. But if you're looking for quality, probably best to pay for it.
