Great gift

Well made, good weight. Bought this to add to our outdoor kit for when we travel mostly because it's a hatchet. It's a great addition though due to the multi-tool functionality.

I own few leatherman multitool and have never had any issues and if I did they give free replacement so with that said I needed a multitool that can actually chop wood and when I saw this with a small ax I needed to give it a try. The size is perfect and have a little weight to it so makes it sturdy which is important when using sharp tools. My main focus was the ax on this tool because everything else on it worked fine without any issue. The ax as you can see was pretty sharp chopping off the bark of this piece of tree. When it came down to actually chopping that took some effort which is understandable for its size. What I had issue was when I start axing away I need to grip the handle but the clamp that holds the two grip together keep slipping off. With the spring plier function it opens the two grip which I then had to stop and lock it again. That was a little annoying. They need a better locking mechanism for the grip so when you use the ax it stays lock. But for emergency cases the ax does come in handy and the sheath is pretty solid. As many users had mention they do need a better way to cover the ax because the rubber blade cover was starting to tear on the edge and that is danger waiting to happen if you accidentally grab it or taking out of your backpack and tear stuff up. For under $20 I will definitely make use of it when I'm up in the woods. Also they did mention lifetime warranty so will see how that works when time comes if I need to contact them.

Bought 6 for the holidays for the men and guys. They were happy with it being a small tool with all the extras.

Sounds good, sent as a gift, and delivery picture shows placed behind a potted plant. Stolen before a neighbor could get it to prevent this. I will send another as daughter will be home for the rest of the week..

Easily carried with the included belt carrying case, I personally have been surprised at how many uses I have found for this tool .

very cool but I ordered a new product and got an "inspected by amazon" used item. It looks fine and its for me so I'm keeping it but I thought ppl should know just in case it's going to be a gift.
