Remember Why You Started

A lovely food diary/journal.. compatable with Slimming World.. it's great for motivation with stickers and room to write your own thoughts. So glad i invested in this food diary.. i know it will help to keep me on track with my Slimming World weight loss journey.

I have been buying these books for a while now. They cover everything I need (and then some). The book is a good quality one and it keeps me on track with my food/drink intake. It is because it is so easy to use that I continue to write in it daily. If you are trying to cut down on your calorie intake/slimming world eating plan, this is the book for you and I highly recommend it.

The book is fine but now in the bin. Slimming world is an awful thing

The book is designed beautifully and laid out well. However, it is really poor quality, the cover pages are thin and flimsy and the paper quality isn’t great. There are very few stickers, it says that the book should last seven weeks but there are less than thirty work out stickers and only 8 to do stickers. It’s not terrible but for the price it would be better to buy something else. I’m really disappointed

If, like me, you're following a weight loss plan this food journal is brilliant! Looks good and has lovely inspirational leaflets with it. The food diary pages are compatible with SW but would also fit with any plan. A great buy, would highly recommend and have done so in my SW group last night.

This is far better than I expected! Loads of beautifully designed pages to help me track and plan my weight loss, to motivate myself and hopefully keep me on plan! I love the pastel colours and the stickers, I'm taken back to my childhood which makes losing weight a bit more fun! I'm following the Slimming World plan, so I was delighted to find such a cute planner which has been designed specifically for SW!! This planner lasts for 7 weeks but I can see me getting the 3 month or annual planner when this one's done (I have a lot of weight to lose!!).

I bought the journal again, because I liked it when I used it 2 years ago. Disappointed to realise it's cut back from an 8 week to a 7 week journal, but still a great tracker

Tunn och trist material. Inte vad jag förväntade mig

Ok, the idea is great, but the executation is poor. The second I saw it I said to myself “did they make this at home?!”. Even the cover is too weak and made from cardstock paper. The pages are too thin, I’m sure ink will bleed through it. The pages shown in the product are different than what they have now. I contacted the seller on insta and they didn’t respond even though they are posting🤷🏻‍♀️
