I chose to get a replacement model and try it again because I do like the compact convenience it provided. I was also still using the stand even though I knew my iPhone may or may not always charge correctly. Not only did they send out a replacement of the one I bought, they sent the upgraded model. I chose to try out the new model because the iPhone stand looked more sufficient to hold the phone throughout the night. I've been using it for a week now and my phone is charging like it should and I have a full battery in the morning. The watch and AirPods are also charging perfectly. *The newer model only works for the wireless charging AirPods. It doesn't have a plug like my original one. I would also like to point out that they tried to contact me MULTIPLE times via email. It just took me awhile before I realized who they were.
