How come only 8 crayons come with a color by numbers book with 10 numbers?

Hello Emily. Typically there are only 8 colors on the key, some titles will have 10. On the 10 color key, two of the colors being lighter variations of a color of crayon that is being attached to the book. For example, if there are purple and blue crayons in this book and the two extra colors on the key pad are light blue and light purple, the idea is to use those crayons to color in a lighter shade. Thank you.

What is the size of the book?

It a a normal 8 1/2 by 11 size coloring book with 32 tear - out pages.
