Amezing set, but on the small size.
This fondue set is great! Cast Iron enameled, so you can do all type of fondues, oil, cheese, chocolate.Design is great, is beautiful. For storage the fondue pot fits (upside down) below cast iron stand so becomes very compact and saves a lot of storage space compared to other sets I had.My only comment is that is small. Definitely not for six people! Ok for 2-4 people.

Easy to use. Low heat is all you need
Love this pot. Bought 4 gave one as a gift. We do fondue parties for the family. 2 cheese fondues and a chocolate. I love cast iron which is why it caught my eye. I didn't want electric because I didn't want the restriction of a cord and I wanted the authenticity of a real fondue experience. I am a caterer so I always have sterno gel on hand. I take one container of gel and spoon it into each holder of the pots and that's plenty because you don't need alot. The best part is that you can melt your cheeses or chocolate right on your stove in this pot and then transfer it to the table. I recommend turning your sternos down as low as possible because once the fondue of hot it doesn't require high heat plus it can stick. But even if it does stick i just use a scotch Brite with light Scrubbing and it comes up easy. Rub them with a little oil before storage and good to go. Enjoy.

Super nice!
Wow. Way nicer quality than I expected! The cast iron pot is quite large, I love how I can use it on the stove, the ring to hold the forks is also cast iron and great quality. I love it. Looking forward to many family fondue nights with it.

Cast iron stable & tough
The cast iron pot provides weight for safety against movement and potential fire issue it’s tough enough to use on the stove top to make the fondue and then transfer to the stand to keep warm and serve. The fondue forks are a bit flimsy; would have been great to match the quality of the pot & stand. Overall a great value; I bought 2 for each end of the table for easy access of party guests who loved the chocolate fondue on Valentine’s Day!

I hated to give this one star
It's well built and nicely sized. But it fails. And thus my one star. I so wanted to like this but I cannot give it any plusses since it just doesn't work. Why you say? Because as others have noted, it gets nowhere near hot enough, even when pre-heating on the stove. I tried the included gel type burner, tried another similar style alcohol burner, and even sterno. Nothing kept this hot enough to do meat fondue and barely kept chocolate in a somewhat liquid state. I've even tried looking at the little butane burners but they are all too tall to fit underneath and no way I want to prop up a pot of boiling oil just so it fits. Currently I'm looking at the tiny little butane camp stoves but most of them are too hot and have too wide a flame, and are just a little too tall requiring modification. Too bad.

Back to the 70's
We had an analog, no cell phones allowed, albums only for music party. It was great and the Fondue set was a big hit. We used it for chocolate to dip fruit and pretzels in. It worked great!!

Perfect for Every Fondue Occasion.
Looked for the perfect fondue dish for small spaces. It's perfect for 4-6 people. Love it! And a great warmer for those Swedish meatball appetizers!!!

Awesome cast iron fondu pot.
Love every thing about this fondue pot. Sound construction and east to use for cheese fondue. I was able to use an electric fondue base when I ran out of fuel. Super easy to clean due to ceramic coating.

I wished it had an enamel coating inside
I love the design of this fondue dish. Even though is cast iron, is not as heavy to handle because it’s somewhat thin compared to other pans and pots… which I don’t mind in a fondue dish that obviously doesn’t get used nearly as much. The base look modern and has a big opening that allows you to slide the burners to refill them if needed.I wished it had an enameled interior because the cheese does get a bit sticky and burns much easier without that layer of protection. For now, I have to leave it soaking overnight to get rid of most of that sticky and burnt mess, and I used a silicon scrapper and a scrub brush to get rid of any stubborn mess.Remember to always rub a fine layer of oil after each time you use it.

Déception
Un peu decu . J aimais bien le format , l'esthetique , mais pour la fondue avec viandes , il ne rechauffe pas adequatement . ( Meme si je l'ai pré-chauffé au préalable ) .
