Great Product at a great price. Bloomed perfectly and did it's job. You just want to count on your yeast. Seems silly till you lose 4 loaves of bread. I can count on red star for that thanks.

Arrived safely nicely packaged with strong shrink wrap on it. Looks fantastic. Cant wait to get to baking. I use this in jars and wondered if Amazon sold it. They did to my surprise and in a 32 oz bag! Yes please. Im so glad I looked on Amazon. And buying it this way, I saved myself $9.00. Theres no bulk stores near me, so this was a great find to me. Happy baking! Update: Ive made bread loafs, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls. Every one turned out great. No huge yeast taste, fluffy, not dense. I really like this. I was using the other name brand yeast for 25+ years and I wish I had switched to this 25+ years ago. I wont change my go to yeast, which will be this brand.

This is the best yeast to me. I get a better rise from it. I use it rite out of the freezer and no problems.

Red Star Yeast does an excellent job in all baking . The yeast has exceptional stability and can be frozen for years allowing you to take out what you need ,put that in a jar in a dark ,cool place and keep the rest frozen as refill. Kepp this yeast around and be ready to bake any time.
