Bad product and customer service
Junk. Handles spin past 1/4 turn and leak internally. Seller doesn't respond to email. Amazon using Covid-19 as excuse to not respond. Won't answer phone, chat doesn't work and Get a call back doesn't either. Guess they are making so much money they don't care about customers. 6-2-20 AMAZON WON'T ANSWER PHONE OR RESPOND. NO EMAIL OR CHAT. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK ?

Fell apart
I had this just long enough that I couldn't return it. I turned on the water and the handle fell off and flooded my bathroom. Think twice

I needed the installation instructions. It appears to be a great product, but how do I install it. I received the installation instructions the next day. A child could install it. Very professional looking and 2/3 of the cost of the unit I was considering at the Home Depot.

Beau robinet mais pas compatible avec ma tuyauterie

À la deuxième utilisation, l’embout supérieur du robinet d’eau chaude s’est décroché entraînant un dégât d’eau dans notre salle de bain fraîchement rénovée! C’est un plombier professionnel qui avait fait l’installation. C’est aussi lui qui est revenu après le dégât…il a constaté que l’embout du robinet tenait à un tour d’encrage et qu’avec la pression d’eau ceci s’est brisé… malheureusement ,l’installation s’est fait trop tard pour que je puisse retourner le produit… grandement déçue, à la fois d’avoir à acheter une nouvelle robinetterie et d’avoir à réparer les dégâts engendrés par le dégât d’eau….produit à éviter !
