Very much enjoying it
Texture and quality wise for me it’s giving moo!It alone is ok as far as taste but mixed in with tacos it’s really good. This is my third time buying. I was strictly making tacos with it but I’m venturing into other meals. I think it hold seasoning very well so I am gonna go try to make spaghetti with it and see if it hold up well in other dishes. I think if it does then the versatility and value will definitely be even better.Very easy to cook heats up quickly so it doesn’t take long to cook at all

I forget it’s soyrizo!
I don’t *love* fake meat products. However — this one is AMAZING. I’ve made a few dishes with this that I usually use chorizo for, and I genuinely forget that I am using soyrizo. The main part I notice is how I don’t feel bloated or groggy after eating this. Excited for this to become a staple as we (only slightly) lower our meat consumption.

Great spicy taste
Has a really great spicy taste and consistancy. Use as a ground beef replacement. Tacos taco salad and so on!

Love this!
This is a great product for taco night! I mix this with sautéed vegetables and add into taco shells or quesadillas. I wish the product had a longer shelf life but it has little preservatives which I can appreciate! The texture is a little tougher so it may not be your favorite if you are weird with texture.

too salty
It does taste very similar to regular chorizo, but it's way too salty. You don't need to add additional salt to other stuff in your dish if you cook this together.
