Absolutely incredible.. I am ashmatic and have chemical sensitivity and contact dermatitis.. I struggle with everything . I could cry finding this . It literally is a life saver . It washes the dishes incredible., glasses have a right shine , fresh and very foamy so a little goes a long way . No fragrance and gentle on my hands I could cry with joy ...I use the washing detergent which is also a life saver and now the washing liquid.. .

This product has exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it enough. As someone who values eco-friendly solutions without compromising on quality, Ecover Zero has truly won my heart. The 5-liter refill size is incredibly convenient and eco-conscious. By opting for this larger size, I'm significantly reducing the amount of plastic waste generated, making it a win-win for both my conscience and the environment. Plus, it's cost-effective in the long run, saving me frequent trips to the store to buy smaller bottles. The performance of this washing up liquid is outstanding. Despite being "zero" in terms of harsh chemicals and toxins, it still packs a powerful punch against grease and grime. It effortlessly cuts through stubborn stains, leaving my dishes, glasses, and cookware sparkling clean and spotless. What's more, the formula is gentle on my hands. I no longer worry about dry and irritated skin, even after extended use. Ecover Zero has managed to strike the perfect balance between being tough on grease and gentle on hands, a feature I truly appreciate.

We’ve been using this for over a year, as my wife has various allergies. It’s great value, cleans really well and the product is really thick so a little product goes a long way. Occasionally we buy a new little bottle but the refill is easy to use. Can thoroughly recommend getting on subscription too.

Tough economic times tightens supply for niche products, pushing up their cost. Bulk supplies like this protect against inflation and save time wasted hunting for availability. Commonly priced at £2.25 for 450ml bottle in supermarkets as of June 2023 (which roughly works out at £5 per litre), the current discounted price for this large bottle (from £11 down to £8.80) makes 450ml roughly 88p i.e. less than half the price (RRP £1.10 - which IS half) - cheaper than pre-pandemic market prices as I recall. Ecover reckons this single bulk container reduces the comparative amount of single use-plastic by more than half. However, they lose a star after delivering the bottle embalmed in tapped bubble-wrap, which we all know is not fit to be recycled in the UK. Due to the previous delivery rupturing and spoiling other products fulfilled by Amazon (forcing them to cancel my order) it makes sense of course. But, given Evover fulfil their own orders, they could have migrated to shredded paper for a similar level of protection. The nozzle, rather than being a simple orifice reducer, is a more complex design that controls the shape of the flow of the high viscose solution, allowing it to be comfortably poured without need for a dedicated funnel into almost any common diameter sized soap dispenser neck opening. Overall recyclability is guaranteed as the bottle is fashioned from high density polyethylene (HD-PE), which is widely accepted by most local councils for recycling, and can be recycled cap-on. UPDATE: 6th June 2025: The previous price was just £8.80 (back on the 24th June 2023), which makes the current asking price £5.50 more expensive, or a ~60% increase in two years i.e. 30% increase each year :(( Whilst it may look as if Ecover are cutting costs with their new opaque bottle (which does not feature the embossed Evover logo, nor easy pour cap), the bottle is of a different construction to the standard in range and came with a foil seal improvement. However, I am used visually confirming, at a glance, how much I have left and appreciate the easy pour cap, so I shall be transferring the contents.

No strong smell, no residue, just clean dishes. A simple product that does exactly what it should.

I purchased the lemon smell before this one which works very well and very cost effective buying the large containers. This zero scent was on offer when I got it so thought I’d give it a go. To be honest it also works just how a washing up liquid should do and would definitely give the top named liquid a run for its money to. I did find that it lathers up much much faster when in contact with hot water, yes I do no that you do your washing up with hot water but I’m comparing it with the top well known brand which lathers up under cold water to. It has zero scent which didn’t bother me as still did the job but if you want a scent then ad some essential oils into a smaller bottle as I tried and it smelled nice, so if scent is your preference it’s as simple as doing that to achieve whatever scent you actually prefer, which in a way is a good thing as normally your limited with scented liquid, whereas you can have a choice of 100s if you mix your own. Great price to at the time of purchasing as had an offer on. Quite thick liquid to I might ad but it has a decent pouring head on the container so easily to transfer into smaller sized bottles, just a bit of pressure applied to the side of the bottle and come out fine, not I said a bit of pressure as to much you’ll get a big blob all over the place as I 1st found out. Great stuff and I would definitely purchase again in the future once this has ran out as the price of the branded name and the price of this, especially for the larger 5ltr container, well your going to save plenty of ££ with this quality in my opinion washing up liquid. Da ich schon lange dieses Spülmittel aus kleineren Flaschen benutzte, hab ich mich sehr gefreut, als ich diesen Kanister mit 5 l entdeckte. Erstens muss ich nicht sooft bestellen, 2. ist es um Einiges günstiger. Warum dieses Spülmittel? Es ist umweltfreundlich, besser fürs Klima und wahnsinnig ergiebig. Da ich eine Duft- Allergie habe ist es eines der wenigen Sorten, die ohne Duft auskommt. Es gibt aber auch andere der Firma Ecover mit Duft.

Estoy muy contenta con este producto, desde que lo conocí, no gasto ningún otro. Beneficias a la naturaleza, beneficias a la piel de tus manos, limpia muy bien, tamaño muy ergonómico, ¿qué más se puede pedir?

Produit efficace et respectueux de l’environnement, je l’utilise depuis des années et j’en suis très contente.

Love using this product when I am cleaning the cat bowls, spoons and other cat related items since it does not have an odor or strong smell and at the same time it is gentle on my skin.
