I replaced my trailer jack with a dual wheel one made by this one from Dutton-LainsonThis would have been the 3rd jack on the trailer. Other two failed miserably (PO Installed Fultons) so this time I went with American Made with a 3 Year Warranty. Figured even if I have to pull it and ship it for an exchange, not bad.Well it failed, just as it turned 13 months.Called Dutton and spoke to live to Linda in Sales about warranty service. Before you know it, she was shipping me a replacement via fedex to be delivered by the Holiday weekendNow that my friends is how you serve your customers. I promised I would share this with you all as a recommendation of a good ol' company that is doing it right. I just became their client forever.

Put this on my 2007 Tahoe Q4 trailer and this is a huge improvement. Easier to move the boat and a whole lot easier to crank up and down. Before it was a 2 hand battle , but now I can literally crank it up with one hand. I know it was overkill but worth it to me.

This tongue jacks raiser the trailer tongue higher than most others. Very strong construction.

High Quality jack with no problems. Super easy to turn with the correct gear ratio to lift heavy trailer tongue. Just replaced the second Fulton junk in 10 years....and they were not used in Salt Water!! Update....still working perfectly four years later and I put my boat in and out of the lake soaking the jack at least 90 times a year.

Easy to install. Nice and smooth and easy to crank up and down.

Purchased two for moving my chicken tractor. These "look" identical to the other two I bought, but are inferior. The bolts were too short to reach around a 4 x 4 and I had to run to the hardware store to purchase eight new bolts. It did not include flat washers. The other pair I bought from another company are sturdier and included longer bolts with two washers for each bolt.

This jack might be a great item for Lake Boats with no saltwater in them. This thing cranks so hard, gets stuck sometimes when cranked halfway up when extending jack. And talk about instantly rusting? And all this happened in less than a month of owning it, it came with my brand new boat and Ez Load dual wheeled trailer @ the end of May 2014. I washed it and boat n trailer all the time after pulling it out of the water. The jack never gets touches the water is the other thing! You outta see the rust that just covers this jack. There is more than enough grease in it. I WD-40'd the tube & even tried expensive silicone to preserve it. I'm on level ground, wheels are chocked before lifting off trailer ball.Now when I extend it almost all the way it really Bows!It's a very Scarey thought that it will collapse!I am finally done with this thing, breaks my back trying to crank this thing up or down.

Fit perfectly. I increased the size from 1000 lb to 1500 lb. Much easier to operate.
