Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, 256GB, Aura Glow - For GSM (Renewed)

After pricing up the supplies needed to fix the cracked curved edge on my Note 9, I saw that I can get a Note 10+ for a little bit more than the replacement screen for my phone. I think if I paid full price for this thing I'd be mad because it's not really a huge leap forward over the Note 9. However for under $450, it's more reasonable for what you're getting. Migrating between Samsung phones is crazy easy now. Everything transfers over, saving all your settings and information. It's like I just took my old phone and gave it a shock in the arm. 256gb storage out of the box is nice, something Samsung doesn't offer anymore, and charges more for. Screen is what you expect from a Samsung phone. Cameras is adequate, doesn't feel like a huge step up from the Note 9, except the macro lens is way better. Battery usage seems a bit higher, both phones are outfitted with a zero lemon "car battery" 10,000mAh battery case, and the Note 9 lasts longer when powered by the external battery, usually 3/4 at the end of the day, whereas this Note 10+ will be about half. I think the Note 10+ uses more energy when it thinks it's plugged into the wall which the battery case imitates. Now my complaints about this phone, are minimal. The center hole punch camera is terrible, I've had it a week and still can't get used to this black hole in the top of my screen. There is no notification indicator option anymore to be a replacement for a notification LED. And no headphone jack, but as time goes on, I'm not using wired headphones with my phones anymore. If I want to listen to music on the go, I turned my old LG V20 into a FLAC player. All in all, it's a great device. Get a case to protect that fragile curved edge. This seller is great too, promised delivery in 5-7 days, I got it in 2.

10 years ago I upgraded my phone into the modern Era of Smart Phones with a Note 4. And for nearly a decade, the Note 4 was an amazing technological advancement to my life and served me extremely well. Providing years of entertainment, but as with all technology, eventually it becomes outdated, and obsolete, and I began to encounter apps that no longer could be used with it. Hence my purchase of the Note 10+. While I was hesitant on a refurbished phone for obvious reasons, I still made the choice to attempt my luck. And let's be honest, with Amazon's amazing customer services, if something was to go bad, arrived damaged, etc, I knew it'd be taken care of anyway. My phone (and case I purchased separately), arrived exactly on time. Packaging was very simplistic. The phone was wrapped in bubble wrap sleeve inside a small box, inside another small box. Phone condition is nearly brand new with the only blemish physically on the very top near the Sim/SD slot resides. This isn't an issue for me as I refuse to own a modern cell phone without a case for protection anyway, therefore the small blemish isn't visible. The only negative I would say is the fact they did not include the little "key" that's used to open the SD/Sim card slot. While a simple paperclip works just as effective, that's not exactly the point either after spending $460 after taxes for the device. The difference is immediately noticeable in pure functionality and speed. While I did attempt to transfer via the Smart Switch option from my old phone to this one didn't work (tried via wi-fi as I didn't have a cable), I'm actually glad I simply did it manually. It's not that difficult to transfers phone numbers anyway, and manually downloading my apps simply showed me just how much faster this phone operates over my previous phone. The larger screen is obviously nice, and I find myself not not making as many Grammer mistakes as I was toward the end with the previous phone. Autocorrect isn't exactly perfect afterall lol, and the screen size helps to hit the right keys. The phone does feel slightly heavier, but not so much that I foresee that being an issue either. The only negative that I really would have isn't even related to my purchase with the phone itself. Since the style/size of the Sim card has changed, I was forced to visit my carriers store and get a new Sim card. The process was simple enough to get a new Sim card and have it transferred to being current for calls etc. Thankfully my carrier is open on weekends, otherwise that would've been annoying if I had to wait days to activate the phone. But again, has nothing to do with my purchase or the product itself. Just keep in mind if you are like me, you may need a new Sim card if your current phone is an older model. Final thoughts/conclusion. I absolutely love the upgrade. $460 after taxes is a decent price, but far better than $1000s. Note 10+ is I believe 2 years old, but still relatively new without that high price tag. And if like my Note 4, should suffice my needs for many many years to come. I would highly suggest the Note 10+ as I learned the regular edition didn't have a SD card slot, which for me is always a must. Plus the screen size increase is worth the little extra imo. Again, everything operates smooth and fast. If you're thinking of an upgrade yourself but don't want to spend that high dollar price tag for more current day phones, this is a pretty damn good option. I've seen comments against the fingerprint scanner. So far, it's been pretty easy. While I'm use to swiping my finger, this one simply requires a press and hold motion for a brief moment. While I used my right index finger on my old phone, using my thumb makes this one so much more easier and superior as i can use only one hand for operation. You can add multiple finger prints, so easy to customize as needed. Now my case doesn't have a screen protector (my fault on the case style I bought), so that may effect how it reads, but even then I don't see it being that extreme of an issue. So yeah, I'm happy with it, glad I decided to buy it, and hopefully won't have to look at a new phone for another 10 years or so lol

I preface this by saying this has been my favorite phone. Even refurbished it's quick, stylish, and the pen works well for an artist to doodle and jot down notes with. This was exactly what I wanted. My complaint which could be a worsr technical issue down the line is the phone's random restarting. It's around once a month this may happen- I pull my phone from my pocket and it's either mid-restart or in a BIOS sort of menu of yellow text on black background (solved with a restart). I figure this means the touch screen is extra sensitive and the phone doesn't detect being in a dark area like a bag or pocket. A bit concerning, but at least it restarts within a couple minutes. Maybe it's just bad luck for me. Again I've had the phone for a little while and still love it especially after spending a fraction of retail price on it. So there's bound to be a hiccup or two. Here's hoping this hiccup isn't enough to brick my phone one day.

The product itself is in good condition. The phone was locked when I received it but I reached out to the email that came with the product and received assistance within two days. I was able to unlock the phone and worked perfectly.

This Note 10+ was the best phone I've ever had. It came fully unlocked and in brand new condition. Sadly it was destroyed only a month after I got it. It was ran over by a car. I love the big screen size, the stylus is fun to use and the battery was in pretty good condition because it held a charge all day and on into the night sometimes.

The product seem good at first. Then as soon as I have had the phone pass that 3 month guarantee time frame the charging port stops working. When i plug it in a message pops up saying moisture in the port. I have been sick and stuck in my bed room for a week so i have not been near any water with my phone, i dont take it to the bathroom. I waited 1 week and to see if moisture is possible and would dry out no success. So i emailed the seller. They told me the 3 months is up and that there is nothing they can do so call amazon. I will not be purchasing another device from amazon or its sellers

The Note 10 plus is pretty much my favorite phone of all time. The build quality, performance, and size check all the boxes. I needed up moving to the ultra 22 and instantly regretted it. Not because it's a bad phone, but because I don't want to carry a brick around and compared to the 10 plus it is. So I took a chance and picked up this renewed phone edge cellar and I couldn't be more pleased. There are no visible signs of wear at all on this phone. When you compare the price for what you're losing over a Ultra 22 or 23 it's a no brained. One last thing, the battery life on the 22 was subpar at best, this 10 plus still gets all day battery. It's a beautiful thing.

I contacted the seller for some infobefore I bought the cell phone and his replies were fast and helpful. The cell phone was in exelent condition as described no scratches at all and I also received the phone a day before I was supposed to. It works perfectly. I definitely recommend this seller.💯

Como es un producto reacondicionado, ya me esperaba como iba a llegar, varios de los comentarios me espantaron pero fue lo contrario El teléfono llegó en excelentes condiciones, sin ningún rayón perceptible o falla en el teléfono (al menos ahora 2do día después de recibirlo) Lo que si es que este teléfono pertenecía a alguien y solo fue formateado, ya qué al querer iniciar netflix, ya tenía dos cuentas con correos guardados. De ahí en fuera,hasta ahorita todo chido Actualizando el comentario. Ya llevo como más de un mes usándolo y sigue sin tener ninguna falla, hasta he probado la pumita varias y funciona sin problemas. Así que me atrevo a decir que estoy satisfecho con la compra. Eso si, es un teléfono estéticamente muuuuy bonito, por lo tanto hay que cuidarlo, ya qué es muy resbaloso y por cualquier cosita se handa cayendo, compren la funda del teléfono, de preferencia la original, ya de por si mi teléfono es la sensación entre mis amigos :v, ahora con la funda lo va a ser más

No tengo fotos pero la verdad es que me llego impecables, su funcionamiento está perfecto no tiene detalles, en verdad la vale pena comprar reacondicionado, yo no me animaba a comprarlo pero en verdad esta genial 😁

Es un buen equipo y con la batería intacta, pero el chasis y pantalla venían maltratados, con una funda y mica se solucionan, pero por el precio, no creo que lo valiera.

Llegó bien protegido en la caja. A la estética del teléfono le doy casi el 10 salvo por 2 pequeñísimos rayones en los costados (pasan desapercibidos). La pantalla está un poco quemada mostrado un poco los botones de navegación, pero solo se nota cuando la pantalla está en blanco y si le pones atención; en resumen, ni se nota. Llevo casi un mes de uso y todo lo demás perfecto, sonido, el s-pen, las cámaras, la batería. El rendimiento es asombroso pese a los años aunque se calienta muchísimo bajo el sol. El único detalle que le pondría es que se quedó en Android 12 (culpa de Samsung), pero no hay nada nuevo en Android 13 o 14 que valga para hacerle el feo a este teléfono. Excelente compra.
