The mount of your camera is smaller than the EF mount used with the Tokina lens. To sum up the Canon EF-M mount is different from the Canon EF mount. **Q: Can I remove de hood from the lens? I’d try but I couldn’t** A: Yes you can remove just rotate the thr right direction anti-clockwise looking the front of the lens **Q: Is that compatible with Bmpcc 6k pro?** A: Yes, it perfectly works with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, just have a look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yrqj-3WbuLg **Q: Is it compatible with canon eos 6d mk2?** A: Mechanically yes, but this lens is made for APS-C sensors so it is not a good idea to use it with a full frame DSLR. You will get a huge vignetting from 11mm to 14-15mm approx. At Tokina, if you are looking for a wide-angle zoom for a full frame DSLR, please consider the Opera 16-28mm F2.8 lens. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tac sharp well built and good value for money *by J***N on 3 May 2021* This lens is a must for any landscape photographer. The quality is very good and images are sharp, this lens is better than the two Canon lenses that came with my camera by far. I would recommend this lens for anyone getting into landscapes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very happy with the seller *by V***L on 29 December 2020* The lens is in fully working order, it comes with a good package. I plan to use it for astrophotography. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If only... *by L***R on 18 December 2021* Looking for a nice sharp wide angle lens? This could easily be one for you. I use it on my BMPCC 6K and it feels like they're made for each other. If only it allowed in more light than F2.8 to something like 1.8/1.4 this would be a winner! Price quite dear but worth the Money in my opinion as it has saved me many times on set where I am able to capture subjects in tight spaces that would have been a struggle with standard lenses ## Frequently Bought Together - TOKINA ATX-i 11-16mm F2.8 Canon EF - K&F Concept 77mm Variable ND2-ND400 ND Lens Filter (1-9 Stops) for Camera Lens, Adjustable Neutral Density Filter with Microfiber Cleaning Cloth (B-Series) - Tiffen 77UVP 77mm UV Protection Filter , black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/164331696-tokina-atx-i-11-16mm-f2-8-canon-ef](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/164331696-tokina-atx-i-11-16mm-f2-8-canon-ef) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
