How do I use Lil Mixins?

Just remember the phrase 4, 3, 2, 1! • Start as early as 4 months old • Use 2-3 times per week • Mix 2 teaspoons (scoops) into 4 oz pureed fruits, veggies, yogurt, or cereal • Continue until 1 year of age.

How is Lil Mixins different?

Nuts and nut butters aren’t safe to eat. Our mix-ins are swallow-safe, will not turn into peanut butter when mixed into food, and do not have sugar and salt like peanut butter or other nut products.
