It arrived fast and in good condition. I hate using the Allen key, but I have the complete set of torque wrench, it made assembly a breeze, beside what family doesn't have one. (You don't have one, should get one then)It was pretty easy to put the pieces together, took a little while to figure out where to start with, once you complete a chair and you get the idea, the rest would become easy. Took me about an hour to finish, filled my weekend. After the build and yes to product description, it would fit 3-4 adults, but we are a small single family currently 2 adults, pretty roomy.So, I think wicker is wicker, they are all pretty much the same, choose you own, brown, black or grey. Nothing much to talk about, they all seem to last. Cushions are the most important part to me, the fabric had a great hand feeling to it and felt expensive. Quality is there. Beside, the seat cushions are really thoughtful on the design, they have patches underneath to attach to the chair, I don't have to worry them flying around. Another thoughtful parts, the clips underneath connect each piece well enough to keep them together.Noticed this set are slightly taller on the back end than other similar items, they are supportive with the back cushions, I can sit on this all day. I must admit I have not read description carefully, the set actually came with 2 side cushions (see my image) and this is different than the listing image, but I guess everyone like extra, why not? Overall, I am satisfied.Of course, there are always cheaper option, considering the fabric, all those thoughtful designs, it is fair enough for me. A far as I'm concerned, you save a lot from getting one of those in Costco, but assembly is required as same as others while having premium fabric cushions and thoughtful extras. Totally recommend and worth the upgrade to others.

Firstly, can’t beat the price. The packaging was great - I was a bit skeptical that they’d managed to put the whole thing in two boxes, but they had. Assembly was a pain in the rest because the directions had illustrations that didn’t match the many pieces and even if you could figure that out the pieces weren’t labeled. After some guess work and frustration we figured it out and three hours later it had been assembled. The furniture is good quality and looks lovely but it is small. I mean, if you’re planning on opening a Florida retirement home for jockeys then this is your set. Average sized humans will find it in the wee side. I had planned to put it in the corner of our pool patio but when I did I couldn’t see it over our dining set. Not sure how much lounging time we’ll get on it but if Gulliver and friends stop by, we are set. Joking aside, be sure and really look at the dimensions before you buy. My bad. Otherwise it’s pretty, sturdy and fairly priced (given size).

Every time I look at my deck, this sharp looking sectional greets my eyes!! I love the look, I love having an inviting place for guests to sit and conversation. BTW, I also love having my morning coffee on my new sectional.Please consider improving the instructions for assembling this item...

I was so excited to get this set. It arrived four days early which made me even more excited. The way it was packed was a puzzle for sure in only two boxes. As I started to take inventory I found it difficult to make out the pictures of what each piece was supposed to be and what I was supposed to be paired with. Took way too long. Then the actual assembly...the assembly pictures are so hard to make out what goes where and which screws. Along with this frustration was the fact that several pieces were bent making lining up the screw holes so difficult. There were pilot screw holes in one piece but not on the adjoining piece. So there are two spots that are not secured with screws because of this. One screw hole had a metal burr/bump which I had to figure out how to remove in order to complete the assembly. I was also shorted on screws and washers. The set is smaller than envisioned even though I measured. It’s cute and fits on my patio but the frustration of trying to figure out the pieces, directions and actual assembly and my time were not worth the money I paid.

We are quite happy with our purchase and the patio furniture looks great on our back patio. Matches well, and seems to be exactly what we were hoping for. Never too sure about ordering things like the site unseen but this purchase turned out okay.Update: After having this set for several months now I will say we are already looking to replace the seat cushions. The foam is not good quality and has not held up. Cushions are already flattened and look like they have been well used for years. Now to find replacements that will work better!

While it looked like a good product online, I was less than impressed when it came. The seat cushions and pillows came with such soft foam that when you sat on them, it was like sitting directly on the seat. We had to order replacement foam for each cushion. Also, the cushions don’t quite fit and shift leaving gaps between the pillows. Not my back purchase.

This is perfect if you’re looking to test the strength of your relationship. As a newly engaged couple, the combination of 20% of the pieces being labeled w unclear directions (pieces/different screw lengths not specified well) gave us a valuable opportunity to wage a two hour Cold War of passive aggression and resentment.If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to tell your significant other “that can’t be right, it just can’t be.” Or “we have to think of a better way to do this,” then look no further.But we love the couch and it’s great on our balcony. Equally important, the dog loves it.
