Very stylish bracelet! Elastic under the beads, so can be pulled over hand. It seems like there is only one size, but we found no issue with the sizes on both male and female. I brought the charcoal for a male and rose for female. Both loved the bracelet itself, but they didn't notice any changes or help in their anxiety, which was disappointing.

Second one now that has had the elastic strap break. Just not worth the money - pay more, get the quality!
