Q: Does it work for halo hair extensions

Thank you for your question! Halo extensions will fit, it might take a little adjusting to find out the best way to attach your particular set. We recommend using small snap hair clips or bobby pins to make sure they are attached securely. As long as the clip attachments aren't positioned right over the creases where it folds, you should have no problem!

Q: How to you get this to clip to hang like in the picture? I just received mine but the strip does not have a fastener to fasten to itself like photo.

Hi there, the part which you snap the handle onto is located on the holder itself. The outer panel (with the pocket) has a snap closure near the top edge. So you can loop the strap around a closet rod (or whatever you choose) and then, with the holder hanging, you can snap it into place using that closure. Or you can just create a loop to hang it over a hook if you'd like. Q: Do you have a case for 18” extensions?

Hi there, this case works especially great for 18” extensions, because even if you attach them to the bottom row the ends won’t stick out so your hair will be fully protected.

Yes, it will! As long as you keep the case extended lengthwise (as if it were hanging in closet, for instance) your hair extensions will not bend or crease. It is 24" inches long, but I would recommend storing extensions only 22" long or less. Thank you for asking!
