Definitely helps managing my severe sciatic pain.

Did everything it was supposed to do, and got my husband through a tough period before back surgery.

Got one of these to use for six weeks after surgery for a herniated disk. It feels so wonderful that I wish I had it before my surgery! They seem to run small. I am 5 ft 4 inches, 145 pounds and got the medium which is pretty snug. the therapist fitted me in a large, but I preferred it a little snug.

I got one of these from my doctor then found I could order a larger size online also. I instantly was able to purchase a big case of water without hurting myself. This is supportive, and I have a serious L5 slippage and rupture and a ruptured L4. The doc says use this during exercise it is not to be used all way or when resting.
