It worked for a Denver May snow storm.
Saved my new spring plants. I planted late April/early May, and of course, in true Denver fashion, we get a mid-may snow storm. Two days ahead of the storm, I propped this blanket up over my plants with green stick stakes and drapped it to the ground on both sides. We got heavy cold rains the entire next day, and snow the following night. The weight of the snow (3-5") caused the stakes to puncture through the blanket, but it still held the snow off the plants enough that I could remove the snow next day, refluff the blanket, and my plants all survived. After the snow and weather threat was mostly gone (2 days), I laid out the blanket across our driveway to dry out. I was able to fold it up and it's ready for the next weather event. My plants were flattened a bit from the weight of the snow but they all fluffed back up after about 2 days recovery with water, warmth and sunlight.

Great protection
These came in very handy this spring with the frost we kept having. Did a great job of protecting my strawberries and the pepper plants I put out early.

Not the best
I bought these for the recent frost and they ripped pretty easily.

Do not store them outside even with some protection from the sun
Pro: They were adequate to protect my already blooming trees from frost damage.Con: I stored them under the steps to my front porch where they were mostly protected from UV damage. The time line here is from late winter/early spring 2024 until maybe a couple of six weeks-ish ago (roughly). I should have been playing a Kansas album for theme music because they literally became dust in the wind to the slightest touch: completely disintegrated. They may be fine if you store them inside as soon as you don't need them. I wouldn't know and am unlikely to take another chance on this brand for the upcoming winter season to find out.I feel that three stars is probably generous, but I don't believe and one-star passive-aggressive reviews when four or five stars is not warranted. I'll leave that to the Karens. In my opinion, one-star review should be reserved for crap products coupled with customer service that basically tell you to go F yourself but I digress. To be clear, I have not contacted the seller. Maybe I will; maybe I won't.Bottom line: I am disappointed in this product.

Frost cover
it is durable, and thick enough to protect from frost, however does to let rain in. It is a good shade cover and a frost blanket.

They Saved My Plants From The Forces Of Nature!
Purchased these last spring to cover raised garden beds and hoop beds. I used them the entire season from spring right through to late fall. They protected my plants and held up quite well under 90Kmh winds, ice hail, heat, a grasshopper plague, and a killing frost. A few ended up with wear rips in them where they rubbed up against the corner of my wooden garden box, but a bit of Duct Tape fixed the issue. They held up better than any other row cover I have bought before, and they are still in great condition that I plan to use them again this season.
