Personally I didn't find it to be bitter at all, it has a nice flavor. The best part is I didn't have to forage or prepare them! Easy peezy....just order, brew and enjoy. Review: Kid's acorn coffee taste better - I bought this after my son made acord coffee with a friend while we were camping. They roasted and ground the acorns and it tasted surprisingly great. Bought this thinking it would be better than my kids improvised acorn coffee, but was let down. The taste was pretty awful. I am sorry to leave a bad review for your acorn coffee, but it just wasn't for me. ## Features - Hand-Picked and Hand-Packed ☕️ Acorn Coffee Substitute by Health Embassy is hand-picked from the wild and meticulously hand-packed to preserve its natural integrity and flavor. Personally I didn't find it to be bitter at all, it has a nice flavor. The best part is I didn't have to forage or prepare them! Easy peezy....just order, brew and enjoy. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Kid's acorn coffee taste better *by E***Y on August 30, 2025* I bought this after my son made acord coffee with a friend while we were camping. They roasted and ground the acorns and it tasted surprisingly great. Bought this thinking it would be better than my kids improvised acorn coffee, but was let down. The taste was pretty awful. I am sorry to leave a bad review for your acorn coffee, but it just wasn't for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes Like Christmas! *by S***H on January 30, 2024* Like other reviews say, this is nothing like coffee. As long as you know that, it's not a bad drink. I decided to try it b/c it was in a survival game that I play and got curious, but I'm not disappointed. Between the cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and clove for flavor it definitely reminds me of Christmas. Acorns have many health benefits and I'll continue drinking it. It's not an exciting drink by any means since the roasted acorns don't seem to have any depth of flavor, but I'm looking forward to exploring the different ways to make it more tasty. ♥ ## Frequently Bought Together - Acorn Coffee Substitute - Health Embassy - 100% Natural (200g) - Worldwide Botanicals French Chicory Root, 1 Pound - Brew Like Coffee, Blend Roasted Chicory Root With Coffee, Prebiotic, Acid Free, Caffeine Free, Kosher - Herba Organica - Acorn Coffee Substitute (200g) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/163740711-acorn-coffee-substitute-health-embassy-100-natural-200g](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/163740711-acorn-coffee-substitute-health-embassy-100-natural-200g) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
