My teeth were sore, sensitive to heat, and the enamel felt rough. My dentist didn’t see anything of concern and said it is common for one side to bear the brunt of clenching pressure even with a guard. I have only been using this product for 9 days and am amazed at the difference! No more tooth discomfort or sensitivity and the enamel already feel smoother! It is so easy to use and much less expensive than then in office treatment my dentist offers but insurance won’t cover.
