Very sturdy, but extended out close to full length it gets a little un sturdy, but to be expected. The brush kept loosening up, but could be that I wasn’t able to tighten it up any tighter. Definitely a good investment for hard to reach places

The brush head is rather heavy and therefore, you will get a workout when the pole is extended, but the workmanship of the pole and brush appear to be top quality and I anticipate this will stay in great working condition for a long time.

Just a heads-up for those purchasing this item (as I did) to clean the top of your steel screen mesh gutter leaf filters: To sweep debris off these screens requires a back and forth (left to right, right to left) motion, this extension handle has a weakness in that when using it back and forth in a sweeping motion the individual poles will rotate within the lock collars, allowing the brush at the end to rotate, making sweep back and forth a real challenge. The problem is a poor lock design, the poles are fluted on the outside, but not deep enough to give a strong anti-rotation resistance when the collars are fully locked. When the cams are fully locked, each pole can still be rotated within the locking collars. There is no solution to this without a re-design of the locking collars and the ridges on the outside of each section of pole.

This worked OK the first time I used it -- it had a bit too much bend when fully extended, and getting slightly bent, made it hard to retract. I think the brush that comes with this just too heavy for this pole. Though I was a bit disappointed, but I was able to get what I needed done with it, and it saved me from having to hire someone for more money than this would have cost. But unfortunately, the second time I tried to use it, the screw that holds the brush on snapped clean off! The screw from the top of the pole was embedded within the brush. I was able to get the screw out of the brush head, but the pole itself is now in the landfill. So, even though the price was good, the quality was so low that it turned out to be a waste of money. I'd be willing to spend more for something higher quality but I hard a hard time finding anything I thought would be better, since these got good reviews. Not my experience, though. I ended up buying a replacement carbon fiber pole for a lot more money -- I expect that to hold up better than this pole did.

A very good quality product. I needed a way to keep my husband off the roof removing leaves. This did the trick! There are several telescoping sections of various thicknesses which gives you a lot of options for extending it. The brush is very sturdy and well made. I also purchased the expanding rake. After seeing how nice the pole is I decided to purchase the hook accessory although I wasn't sure what he might use it for. To my surprise I've used it more than my husband! I have been able to hang bird houses and feeders up high in the trees. I've also used the hook to hang solar lights among my tree branches. So pretty at night!

At full length the product is use less to use when doing siding on a house due to the flexing of the pole

When cleaning siding this product works well. You spray with the cleaner products that connect to your garden hose. This product scrub the siding to get that film that left. Very similar to a car wash. If you just go through the car wash and that's all, if you run your finger along the car it will remove a film. A totally clean siding stays better looking for a longer time. The big plus is you are on the ground, no need for dangerous ladders.

Purchased to clear gutters and clean cladding. Well made and does job really well, clamps on extensions need tightening up when extending, If used to full length it becomes quite heavy but to be expected if you want the reach. Recommended.

The pole is made strong and not too heavy.A good quality brush for cleaning my siding. Received what was expected and than some.They even sent me a duster head to go with it.This also arrived quickly.....I definitely would recommend this.
