Less sugar
Wow found this mixer for my whisky, after using over sugared ginger beers, etc, loads of fructose added to the others, This mixer is light and refreshing, light on the sugar and I have just ordered my 2nd lot ๐

Great mixers, could do with more robust packaging though.
Quite a few were broken when my order arrived but itโs a really lovely mixer, highly recommend. Itโs a refreshing alternative to regular fizzy drinks mixers when having vodka.

Well priced soda - just be aware the main favour is mint
This is a tray of 24 200ml bottles of soda. They are named sicilian orange, rosemary and gentian โ but we found that the forenote flavour was actually the mint listed as the second flavour in the ingredient list behind orange. Note the other flavours donโt even get a mention in the ingredients beyond โother natural flavouringsโ! The drink itself is pleasant (unless you donโt like mint!) on its own, chilled. There are no artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives and there is no noticeable aftertaste often associated with these. I wasnโt a fan when I tried mixing it with my usual gin. To mix successfully with whisky I found I need to make it quite dilute otherwise the whisky flavour is simply too overpowering for the mixer. This is good if you want a long drink, or to make your whisky last longer! At less than ยฃ1 per bottle they are very reasonably priced and worth a try for something different โ but beware the unadvertised mint flavour.

Super on its own
Forget the mixing these waters with spirits, just drink them on their own. Refreshing and light. Excellent when needing a non alcoholic beverage.

Pleasant Change From Plain Tonic
Nice, refreshing mixer. The taste is fairly subtle, but it does work as a straight drink on its own, as well as not overwhelming gin or vodka.

I'm impressed!
Gone are the days, I guess, where you reached for a bog standard tonic/mixer when having your gin/vodka/whatever. But there's certainly no harm in that. Sekforde have a variety of different flavours and as a lover of raspberries I was keen to try this. It's low on calories and sugar and all that so ticks those boxes, but it's not much use being healthy if it doesn't taste good. And boy, this tastes good. I first just tried it on it's own and it made for a nice refreshing drink in it's own right over ice. It's lightly sparkling and very tasty. All the flavours come through and the sage counteracts the sweetness of the fruit well. Of course there is a worry that such flavours will overwhelm whatever spirit you add to it. I tried it with a standard (non-fruity flavoured gin) and found for the most part it complemented the spirit. Again with Vodka (it was a long bank holiday weekend after all) there was the same feeling. It gives a nice bit of flavour that adds a little something to proceedings. Of course, with the flavours if you don't like sage you probably won't like this. And I certainly wouldn't put it in every gin or vodka i drank. I would guess that trial and error would mean that it will work better with some spirits than it does with others. But it's a refreshing alternative to a tonic which, as I say, also works well on it's own as a soft drink of sorts. All in all, I'm impressed!
