Better Sleep Valeratonin - Natural Relaxation Aid with Valerian and Melatonin

I read other's review, it worked great, helped their sleep so much. Honestly, for me, it helped a little. Maybe I just started three days ago, need more experience. However, I will offer an opinion of the website SNAGSHOUT from which my wife "purchased" the product. I think SNAGSHOUT is a scam. She and I followed the complex directions required to get the reduced price ($1.99). We were denied the reduced price. SNAGSHOUT claims that we did not enter the promo code at the correct time. I sent to them the promo code, but Caroline at SNAGSHOUT she claimed the only possible time to enter the promo code was at some earlier time and that it is too late, now. We had to pay the quite high price of $16.99.I think the business model of SNAGSHOUT is fraud or at best snagging by complexity.

Has given me a terrible headache each time I took it. The first time I took this pills, I woke up with a bad headache and did not connect the two. Then skipped two days and when I took it again. I had the same reaction. Horrible headache immediately when I woke up. Put me to sleep though. But I don't think it's worth taking any more for me.

Pretty good sleep aid. I have hypothyroidism so sometimes I just need something extra to help take the day's stress away. There are still nights when no matter what I do, nothing really works to help me fall asleep. But this stuff most of the time does help to shut my mind off and relaxes my body.

manufacture date is 3/2015 and product is good for 2 years, which makes the product 15-16 months old at the time I received it and leaves only 6-7 months to finish it up otherwise the rest will go to waste. considering the fact that this is for occasional sleeplessness I doubt I can finish it by expiration date and some of it will go to waste. needless to say, when it comes to medicine and supplements you always want to go with the most current manufactured not a year and half old bottle! this is not rocket science!

Easy to swallow capsules. They definitely relax you and make you drowsy. I take mine 20 minutes before I go to sleep. The quality of my sleep is good, but taking these pills seem to give me more dreams. The duration of my sleep is increased from 6 /2 hours to 7 hours rs a night. They don't leave you with a hung over feeling. I would recommend these pills to anyone who like to sleep better. I received these pills at a discount in exchange for a fair and honest evaluation.

This is a great way to enhance sleep naturally! I have a hard time falling asleep and am very restless all night usually. According to the sleep app on my Fitbit, this supplement decreased my restlessness and increased my sleep time by about an hour! Awesome product that I received at a reduced price for an honest review.
