This mirror itself is lovely, and quality appears good - so I gave the 5-star rating based upon the product itself. HOWEVER, it was packed in sheets of pebbled styrofoam that crumbled and scattered like snow immediately upon removing from the box. Because the mirror wasn't wrapped in plastic, these white pebbles also got imbedded into the fibers of the rope around the mirror. And these tiny pebbles are static-charged, so they're repelled and scattered even further when you try to sweep them up. I finally resorted to wrapping tape around my broom (sticky side out) in order to clean my tile floor. Then I wrapped tape around my hand to remove what I could from the mirror and the rope. Finally, I used fine tweezers to try and remove the tiny pebbles that were imbedded into the rope fibers. All in all, I probably spent an hour trying to clean up from the mess caused by this inferior packaging. I would strongly suggest that this manufacturer change its packaging method, including wrapping the mirror in a plastic bag, and changing to bubble wrap or different kind of foam for packing. Hope this helps for future sales; again, it's a lovely mirror and I don't want to penalize the product due to the inferior packaging methods.
