Q: Is this SEK-7 hose and what is the outer/inner hose diameter?

Looks like SEK-7, outer diameter is about 1" and it is very strong and appears durable. Inside diameter is 3/4".

Q: Can this hose be buried in the ground a few inches to prevent a trip hazard? If not could I put it inside a conduit or other pipe to protect it?

I wrapped it in one layer of UV resistant tape and placed it in an underground PVC pipe. I am sure it will last just as long as it will above ground. No direct burial in soil please - plastic may be damaged by chemicals in the soil.

Hello, we sell 36ft natural gas hose, but it is 3/8" in ID, which is different from the one you are browsing now.

Q: Can this hose be used for occasional use to connect to tankless water heater at NG stub out to heat above ground pool?

I would say yes. I bought mine for occasional use to connect a portable generator at NG hub for emergency power.
