It's warm but not hot
I was looking for a portable heater that could run on 230vac with a 20amp breaker. Surprisingly there are very few to choose from and the Dewalt 3.3 is one of the few. This heater works well but not great, I measure the heat output with a kitchen thermometer and it read a max of 127 degrees. Because it has a good size fan it does a reasonably good job of heating my 700 sqft workshop although to heat my shop a little faster I also use a 120vac heater at the same time and then turn it off once my shop comes up to temperature. I then leave the Dewalt running to maintain the temperature. Also this unit does not come with a cord so I had to add my own which was fairly easy. The unit is well made and the outside of the heater remains cool to the touch. All in all it's an okay heater

Good heater. Easy and safe to use.
It is easy to transport and use. Heats up quickly and safe for indoor use. Make sure you get the right cord and plug to go with it. I used 12/3 soow and 30amp twist lock plug. Both can be found on Amazon.

Does not put out heat
This would be great for a really small area!! We had a mechanical room we needed to keep warm during construction of our home. We ended up tenting the heater to get enough heat. Not the best from DeWalt!

Great heater!
Great. Well build heater. Note: No cord is supplied. Or plug. Easy, do it yourself wiring . Also note. The fan runs continuously The thermostat controls the element only.

Waste of money
I bought two of these for my job site. After one day I realized that you might as well put on a spot light that will create more heat. It barely produces any heat. I would not recommend this to an enemy.

Great construction job site heater
Excellent job site heater. Consult an electrician for proper wiring for the cord & plug.
